Rooms in the superior part of the hotel are quite small, especially the bathroom with a tiny shower booth. These are not really 4* rooms by today’s standards. This not a major downside as one only spends the night in a hotel room and beds are very comfortable.
The hotel itself is very cosy, perfectly located and has all the amenities one could desire.
Food is tasty.
My wife and I reaaly enjoyed our weekend break in Rogaška Slatina.

Пишу этот отзыв от имени своих родителей. Они сейчас отдыхают в этом отеле. Пару дней назад случился неприятный инцидент. В ванной комнате дверца от душа не закрывалась , была плохо закреплена. При использовании душевой кабины дверь упала и осколками поранила отца. Хорошо, что осколками не были задеты крупные артерии , не то мог произойти фатальный случай. Почему администрация отеля не следит за состоянием предметов , которые находятся в сломанном состоянии ?

Номера просторные и красиво оформлены. Я был в полном восторге от завтрака - большой выбор и все очень вкусно. SPA-центр ROI - это, безусловно, главное достоинство отеля: он современный, элегантный и предлагает настоящую релаксацию. Я бы с удовольствием вернулась!

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, die Bäder könnten eine kleine Auffrischung vertragen, aber die Gemeinschaftsräume sind schön dekoriert und vermitteln ein angenehmes Gefühl. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut, vor allem die slowenischen Gerichte. Und das ROI SPA ist top - eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung!

Каждая минута нашего отдыха здесь была настоящим наслаждением. Заселение прошло быстро и без проблем, а ROI SPA поразил своей тишиной и расслабляющей атмосферой. Мы также попробовали массаж – сервис был на высоте. Что касается питания, выбор блюд был разнообразным, а качество приятно удивило. Магниевая вода – это настоящая изюминка! Особенно удобно, что к питьевому залу можно пройти по теплому коридору, не выходя на улицу. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда снова для полноценного детокс-отдыха и расслабления!

Я с друзьями приехал в эту гостиницу чтобы отдохнуть и попить воду которая есть в этой местности (комната 463). Мы должны были оставаться в этой гостинице с 29.12.2024 по 10.01.2025. Но начиная с 01 января мы заболели ротавирусом который гулял по данной гостинице, и проболели 4 дня, с высокой температурой и диареей. При заезде в гостиницу нас никто не предупредил что внутри разгуливает эпидемия, и мы слышали пару из Италии как возмущалась на рецепшине потому что они тоже заболели. Как только немного симптомы прошли мы купили другие билеты на самолет и сегодня, 7 января выехали домой. Оставаться далее в этой гостинице было опасно для здоровья, и все три пары покинули данную гостиницу. Касательно комнаты, она точно не имеет никакого отношения к названию Люкс. Еда в ресторане очень плохая, и мы часто ели в других гостиницах. ВЫВОД: МЫ БОЛЕЕ НИКОГДА СЮДА НЕ ВЕРНЕМСЯ СЮДА И ДРУГИМ НЕ СОВЕТУЕМ, ТАК КАК ЕСТЬ ОЧЕНЬ БОЛЬШОЙ РИСК ВАШЕМУ ЗДОРОВЬЮ В ЭТОЙ ГОСТИНИЦЕ.
