The lady in charge of the guest room actually said that she didn’t know how to do it. After contacting me for a long time, two different colleagues came. Later, I was told that there was another room of the same type that I could check out first. It was booked by a guest who didn’t show up later. After struggling for a long time, I finally settled in. We were also careful that they would sell the room in question to that guest, and they even more It's going to be a disaster... All in all, I probably won't stay here again unless I have to.
