Hotel based at the foot of HengShan. You need to park in the ticket buying area (cannot park directly at hotel) staff called beforehand to tell me this and arrange collection at the car park ~

Awesome shower! Beautifully decorated.
Shop and restaurant in the hotel as it is the only thing at the base of the mountain. Staff were accommodating of my dietary requirements.
Very convenient to step out and begin the hike immediately!
Some tea and coffee in the room and perhaps a fridge would have made it even better 😊

It was a very satisfying stay. The hotel is just outside the entrance of the Hengshan Mountainside Scenic Area. It offers free pick-up. I checked in and had a rest after climbing Hengshan in the afternoon. The next day, a free breakfast was delivered to the Hanging Temple. The room is clean. The window of the view room faces Hengshan Mountain. There is a tea table where you can sit and watch the sunset and the stars. When I checked out, I was given a small gift.
