My God, the front desk was so awesome. They said it was because they were always answering the phone; third, after checking in, we took a nap at noon, and someone knocked on the door. 酒店環境優美，綠化特別好。有超級大的停車場，停車方便。温泉分室內和室外，體驗了室內温泉，温泉有不同的温度，還有小童遊玩池子，特別好。酒店有自助餐和燒烤，燒烤味道很好。早餐的自助餐品種豐富，有中餐炒菜，饅頭，包子苗條；也有西城咖啡、麪包、煎肉可選。前台曉姑娘很是熱情款待，有專一的服務人員幫忙把行李給送到房間。

位置太偏僻，在很荒涼的村裡。温泉設施也不行，水面飄着皮屑，不知多久沒換過水了，真不敢下水。酒店園區路也不平，差點崴腳，像沒施工完似的。房間的空調調不了温度，洗澡水也不熱，服務完全跟不上，服務員一問三不知，還不如三星酒店水平，再也不會來了！！！

這次入住的温泉度假酒店體驗非常棒！酒店環境清幽，日式庭院設計充滿禪意，私湯温泉房乾淨私密，温泉水温適中且富含礦物質，泡完後皮膚滑嫩，疲勞全消。服務人員態度親切，從入住到離店全程貼心周到。自助餐品種豐富，尤其推薦當地特色料理和新鮮刺身。唯一不足是旺季價格略高，但整體物有所值。非常適合情侶或家庭週末放鬆，會推薦給朋友並計劃再次入住！

原房續住，第二天沒有打掃房間，按了打掃房間的燈也掛了牌，回來之後還是沒打掃衞生，床單被罩沒換，毛巾也沒換，水也是晚上回來的時候才拿來，而且早上出門和前台還説了打掃衞生，酒店停車場是室外的露天的，可以充電，車位充裕，有自助早餐，晚餐住客特價+48元/位（原價88元/位）1.2米以下小童免費，酒店位置距離大同約120公里，離懸空寺較近，房間比較寬敞，不知道是不是新開的緣故，房間設施不是很齊全，沒有mini bar，沒有冰箱，洗手池下水很慢，後來叫了維修師傅5分鐘搞定，床頭燈帶一閃一閃，但最後一天而且比較晚了馬上睡了懶得叫人來修了，酒店在村裡，環境不錯很安靜，早餐和晚餐品種不多，要求不高還可以，餐廳服務挺好的，前台服務還可以吧，沒有微笑，酒店入住時會收按金500，現在收按金的酒店真心不多，不知道是不是因為温泉酒店的原因，第二天原房續住，攜程沒房但酒店有房，整體滿意，住客每間房贈送2張温泉卷，温泉因為時間原因沒體驗，評分客觀，給需要的朋友一點參考，麪條不錯，上車餃子下車麪，如果能有個大同特色刀削麪就更好啦！下次再來！

酒店是新開業沒多久的，來體驗體驗 ，整體還是挺不錯的。 員工服務熱情，宋經理還親自送我們去房間，給我們介紹酒店的設施和營業場所，服務很好，為他點贊。以後有機會還會選擇此酒店入住
