I booked a room based on reviews and was extremely dissatisfied. The hotel's hardware was absolutely flawed. Initially, I checked into room 329, but the phone wouldn't work. I spent half the night trying to figure out the wrong line. I'd driven all the way from Taiyuan in the pouring rain that day and was extremely tired. I needed to go to bed at 9 PM, and the ceiling light strip wouldn't turn off. After a lot of fiddling, the front desk staff said, "We're new, so we have a lot of issues." They also said, "I've had them sealed off." Are they desperate for money? I said if it couldn't be fixed, they'd have to move me. After a lot of fiddling, I finally got moved at 10 PM! The entire hotel has virtually no soundproofing. I could hear the anime next door, the constant greetings in the hallway, the loud, shuddering slamming of doors across the room, and the blaring drain sounds in every room, which made it impossible to rest even when you're so exhausted! Since I changed rooms, I've listened to that loud sound overhead twice for over half an hour, and the constant pounding shower head is a real mental drain! The video shows the drain sounds from my room. I don't know where those reviews got them! The hardware was absolutely flawed. Walking in the corridor, you can hear the conversations in the rooms on both sides clearly, haha. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Luckily I brought my own bed sheets. It was night time when I made the sheets, so I didn't notice the big stain on the hotel's white sheets. I only saw it when I checked out the next day and took my own sheets. I took a photo and took it to the front desk. The staff called the store manager or manager to come down and solve it. I waited for a long time for this person, and I had to go up and confirm it again, which wasted the guests' time. In the end, the problem was not solved. The explanation given was also a lie. Guests who come here should pay attention to hygiene, otherwise a yellow stain is very disgusting. It doesn't match the cost of 500 yuan.

It was my first time in Shanxi and I visited the Hanging Temple of Hengshan Mountain. I stayed at the Yongding Shanshuiju Hunyuan Ancient City Branch and it was a really nice experience. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and there was a large parking lot behind the hotel, which was very convenient. By the way, the breakfast in the morning was also very delicious. I would recommend it to friends who are visiting the Hanging Temple of Hengshan Mountain.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, 200-300 meters from the provincial government, Yong'an Zen Temple, and Yuanjue Temple. It's also 500-600 meters from a popular restaurant. The room was quiet, thanks to the triple-glazed windows. Parking is convenient, making it suitable for self-drive travelers. The only area that needs improvement is breakfast. Around 8:00 AM, while it wasn't too crowded, many dishes, including staples like fried rice, were sold out, and it took a long time to get them.

Facilities: The facilities are very new, with Xiaodu smart home, which is very convenient to use. The TV is new and can also cast the screen, which is very convenient. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, the bath towels have no odor, the overall is good, and the bedding is comfortable. Environment: After all, it is newly renovated, and it is good. The surrounding is the ancient city where you can walk around, and there are a lot of snacks. Service: The service is thoughtful, there are also children's toiletries, room service is on call, patient and thoughtful.
