酒店衞生太差了 好像別人住過沒打掃 我們剛進就有沒喝完的水 床上有睫毛 過去前台加錢升級房間了 一樣臭**！ 前台態度不好 👎 加錢升級房跟以前的房間一樣 黑心酒店 別看網上的圖了 差的遠了。千萬別開了

房間呢麼多，我搞不懂他們沒打掃乾淨還是 給我們開的是很久沒人住過的房間，馬桶裏麪發黴了都 一點不誇張 發黴了 處處都是灰塵 放牙刷的地方有一個用過的牙刷 電視也沒有遙控器 體驗很差

房間門一打開，一股下水道味道，打電話給前台，讓來看一下，沒人來，人到前台找，工作人員説要麼住，要麼退房，自己上來看房間説，這個味道算大嗎？滿房間的臭下水道味道，給我説這個味道大嗎？可能平時他們家裡也是這個味道，所以並沒有覺得有什麼問題，並且説沒有房間可以換。酒店經理上來協調之後帶我們看了其他房間，每個房間的馬桶不知道是消毒劑腐蝕的還是怎麼的，桶壁都是黑的，衞生間的門鎖沒有，是一個洞，酒店經理的回覆説是一冬天沒人住了，才打掃出來，挑了一個沒有味道的房間入住，當晚颳大風，兩扇窗户關不緊，一晚上嗚……嗚……作響。真是是沒有住過服務態度這麼差的酒店，要不是趕五一來玩，當晚訂不到別的房間，當時就退房了！各位友友門，避坑，避坑！！

訂的商務房，給的普通標間，呢也就算了！洗個澡水也是涼的，上個廁所馬桶蓋也是壞的，各種無語！！！

到的那天挺晚的了，走廊天花板在滴水用好幾個桶接着的，房間也有一股黴味，讓幫開個發票去了四五趟大廳都沒人😂😂😂無語的一次入住

價格親民，設施部分有損壞未維修，比如廁所門把手沒有了，房間忘記配備洗臉毛巾，第二天問服務員應該配備。
