As a mature and operating hotel, we believe that there is no formaldehyde odor at all. If you have any problems with facilities, equipment or services during your stay, you can dial "0" from your room phone to call the front desk, and we will do our best to serve you and solve them. The hotel you reported does not have breakfast. Our hotel has set up two room types for you to choose, one with breakfast or one without breakfast. You can also pay for breakfast separately at the front desk. Hotel staff must undergo training and instruction before they can enter the front desk. I believe that no staff member would say that they do not want to cooperate with Ctrip. Finally, we are very disappointed that your suggestions and opinions on other hotels also appear in our review section. I apologize to you again and thank you for your understanding and support.
