在前台讓開兩個房卡老闆説不能開兩個 第一次聽説也是第一次遇到 窗户不能鎖住（也沒有窗户限位）感覺不安全 好在有個金剛網紗窗可以關閉 想換個房間老闆説二樓沒有房間了 洗澡水壓小 而且出水温度還不穩 忽冷忽熱 確實感受不好 沒有電梯 入住要特別注意 我訂了2個雙標間 4個人入住 因為剛爬廬山回來（可以看我前兩天的酒店點評 廬山希岸酒店 伯爵酒店）不是特意説誰的酒店 確實腿走路都有點疼 所以我要強調一下電梯 再説一下早餐用餐時間7-9點 我是7點30之前去吃早餐（不説早餐豐盛）最起碼要有基本的 煮雞蛋沒有了 我問了問説客人都吃了了（10幾分鐘就能煮好 就不能再煮一點嗎 還有客人沒吃呢）到我吃完飯 也沒有再上煮雞蛋 其他幾位餐廳吃飯的客人走後 還把餐廳的燈都關了 稀飯有兩種有一種沒有了也沒上 我們一行4個人我讓我同房間的第二個人下樓吃飯 8點10多到餐廳説都沒有了 稀飯也沒有 吃了個水果 另外一個房間兩個人 我就告訴他們餐廳沒有吃的沒讓再下樓吃飯 如果需要延時退房一定在攜程訂了房間後給酒店打電話諮詢溝通好（我是提前溝通了） 第二天我又確認一下延時退房時間 工作人員説我們酒店不能延時要再交錢 我説你問你老闆 打電話問老闆 説之前客人説過答應延時2點退房 我們最後是11點30多退房 提醒大家 房間的價格基本和設施是對等的 衞生和服務不應該存在瑕疵的 攜程給這個酒店這麼高的評分 放在首位 確實誤導我了
