The appearance of the whole homestay is not bad, chic, stylish, the room size is OK, the health is lacking, the light bulbs are not bright, the bottled water is not provided in the room, the room door lock is with a key, the bathroom sink faucet design is unreasonable, one water, all water is licked outside the pool, The dripping ground is wet, the food is very general, the price is not expensive, you can see the windmill on Niucao Mountain outside the hotel, I thought it was very close, the actual distance was not close, it took a little more than an hour to drive to Niucao Mountain, not very convenient, the boss is very enthusiastic, recommended the nearest road, But it is a wild road, very difficult to drive, the road is very poor, very biased, can not be car, there is nothing to play around the hotel, there is a Daoyuan Ancient Village about 2 kilometers nearby, saying that there is a safety hazard, currently closed, I hope the homestay can improve health and service, so that the customer will feel better, Easy parking

The supporting services are not up to par. I went to the hot springs on the day I checked in, so I asked if there was a laundry room. They said no, and that I had to send the laundry out and return it the next afternoon. We had already checked out by then, okay? Also, because the bag in the room was used to hold wet swimsuits from the hot springs, I wanted another bag, but it was never delivered. They also said that I had to pay for it. I went to get a bag from the cleaning staff next door before I left. I took the packaging bag of the instant powder to the front desk to cut it open, but they said they didn't have scissors, so they finally took it back like a dog chewing it. This is the kind of service I won't have next time.

The management looked after us like family not guests. The hospitality extended by owners, management and staff was outstanding. I would definitely come to stay again and for an extended period.

AAnonymous UserJust had an overnight and very quick stay at this hotel but I could say that it's pretty well organized, clean, and with friendly and accommodating front desk personnel even at a very late night. Same common impression / observation is that no English - speaking staff for foreign visitors. It's quite challenging at times to communicate things out. Overall, it's still a very good and nice place to stop by and is considerably recommendable. See yah again on my next visit!
