You can check in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and it won't work for a few minutes. Booked two rooms!! 5209/5207! The male waiter in the room was very bad and was badly smashed into the pit! We didn't find the lack of bathroom towels and towels in the room. It wasn't until the male waiter sent it that he knew that it was worth less to fill the pot. It was the worst experience ever. Starting from the front desk unprofessional attitude as we were received by Ehab who poorly handled our check in. By the time we reached our rooms, we were already stressed by the front desk inefficiency, inside the rooms there was Glass water bottles that couldn’t possibly be opened to the extent that we had to contact the housekeeping they also couldn’t open them, so after almost 30 min we finally got the normal easy opening plastic water bottles and finally managed to drink water. The rooms are extremely old to the extent that the doors open without keys ( videos and photos attached). The least I would say is that it’s not a safe place to be as you can’t possibly lock your doors. The second night there was very loud music from 1 am till 4 am, couldn’t get a minute of sleep during this period. We reported to the reception but as usual no action taken at all not even an apology. The next door room was extremely noisy too and as mentioned earlier no action taken by the hotel management until I threatened to call the police, which I should have done back then. The third day I had to shower in Cold Water the hot water was out. Two of our group vomited, the food is very bad quality, the management isn’t responsive to any complaints, they don’t even listen, they are simply absent. The GM is always not available inside the hotel and no replacements, only a front desk manager named Khaled Abdraboh, who’s unprofessional and clearly untrained, lacking wisdom & common sense. His behavior was extremely poor, arrogant & aggressive. I used to go there every year for more than ten years, I used to be a loyal customer and gave many good reviews in the past years but this time my experience was horrible. I would never lay a foot there. It’s a shame how bad management can destroy years of work and good reputation and kill customer loyalty forever.

We start with the points in favour: Hotels in the best area of Hurghada, right inside the Marine. Outdoor well-treated. Beautiful and well-treated panorama terrace. The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable and was very comfortable and clean for local standards. Convened with the Blue Beach Club, on which I don't want to spend half a word as a separate recensing. We now go to the least pleasant points: the Beach Club is a absolute shame, but above all the fact that there was no drop of water in hotels from 14.00 to 18.00. Facing our very strong reaction, considering it after the beach freshing the solution found was to offer our breakfast free and give us other bottles of water for the night, saying the problem was solved. In the morning, in honour of chronicle, the water was not again and without saying half a word at 9.00 at the point we went away, at least breakfast is at the height and quality Synd because the potential is there, The staff is careful, but for now, the definition of “luxury” or “boutique” is a little pretentious.

True, honest and very long review... Upon arrival at SUNRISE Holidays Resort, all of the staff say ”Welcome Home” which we found initially a little bit odd. However after a 10 day stay we found that we had a new family! The furniture in the rooms is a little dated, but the rooms are spotlessly clean, towels, robes and toiletries are all supplied. the beds are comfy, what else do you need, frankly you don't spend much time in your room. Water, tea, coffee and soft drinks are topped up daily. Housekeeping staff are just fab The private beach is wonderful, the sea was warm and plenty of sunbeds. The beach staff make sure that you have everything you need, drinks are brought round at all times. There are great 4 restaurants on site, the buffet 'El Sol' is great there is something for everyone, the staff are great. I am a coeliac, so gluten free is a must. As soon as the staff were made aware of this they could not do enough for me, specially made desserts were brought out without even asking for them, gluten free bread arrived by magic for every meal. We only tried Elia, the Mediterranean restaurant, as we loved the El Sol staff so much. Mohammed, the supervisor of Elia asked us to try the restaurant our, so we did, OMG it was so worth it. You can have one meal in each of the specialty restaurants per week. apart from Nasaya, which is chargeable. The guests that we spoke to said that Nasaya was very good and incredibly reasonable. Now... lets talk about our new family... The Splash Bar.... Where do I start... the guys are truly amazing. Tarek, Engelhard, Ahmed and Ahmed are the best. Our glasses were never empty, even though i was only drinking mint tea and coffee, they knew which i would like and when, i'm not sure how as even i didn't know! The managers Mahmood & Sean run a tight ship which we love and join in with everyone, making us feel so welcome. They put up with my learning Arabic badly and tried to teach me new words every day! They genuinely care that you are having a wonderful holiday. The animation team do not stop! how they have so much energy, we will never know. They are great, volleyball, dance lessons, AQUAGYM(!) evening entertainment, its brilliant. We only had one complaint.... The Disco (Jungle Bar) is like the secret ”speak easy” it doesn't have a sign anywhere and was really quiet, non of the guests knew about it! Once we found it we loved it! Ahmed is the sweetest and really looked after us. In summary... The staff made the holiday THE BEST. Warm weather, warm water, great wifi , great food and the warmest welcome. Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

Por donde empiezo... El hotel esta en la zona del Sahl Hasheesh es una zona nueva que esta en construcción y tiene pinta que en unos años será una zona de alto standing. Esta muy apartado de la zona de resorts de hurgada ( lo se por que estuve 5 días en un resort y día y medio en este hotel) al Uber le costo un poquito llegar ya que es zona nueva. lo positivo: el hotel esta nuevo a estrenar, las habitaciones enormes, con comedor, el baño super grande, terraza, unas vistas preciosas, cama grande, muy limpio etc.. nos gusto la piscina, la zona de las hamacas, te dan toallas gratis, esta todo muy cuidado. el desayuno no pudimos disfrutarlo así que no puedo opinar. Comimos en el restaurante del hotel y estuvo muy bien, la comida buena y no muy cara (tampoco barata) Este es un hotel muy muy tranquilo, me refiero a que no hay nada que hacer y visitar cerca, NADA. creo que el hotel tenia tours y cosas que ofrecer, desconozco el precio y como son. Tienen servicio de transfer gratis a la playa, nosotros no fuimos pero la playa tenia muy buena pinta. El personal del hotel super amable en todo momento. lo negativo: no hay ascensores es un problema para quien vaya con maletas, ya que tuvimos que subir 4 plantas y es un poco difícil el bajar y subir ya que pasas por muchos pasillos, escaleras etc... el aire acondicionado hacia bastante ruido. Pedimos una habitación para 3 y nos dieron una cama de matrimonio y la otra persona tuvo que dormir en el sofá ( no lo veo lógico cuando en la reserva no lo ponía y no pusieron ni sabanas para la 3 persona) a la hora de hacer el check in nos ofreció por 20€ y luego regateando por 15€ un habitación mejor pero como solo íbamos a estar una noche decidimos que no, luego entendimos por lo del sofá que deberíamos haberla cogido pero igualmente no me pareció bien pagar mas. el hotel esta tan nuevo que hay todavía polvo y suciedad de obra por los pasillos. Información general : ofrecen servicio de taxi al aeropuerto por 15€ ( se paga por coche, si vas 3 personas pagáis 5€ cada uno) teniendo en cuenta que esta super super lejos es un precio bueno y deciros que el uber en hurgada es un timo , nosotros pedimos 4 ubers estando alli y una vez haces la reserva del viaje, te escriben por chat de uber y te piden mas dinero, del aeropuerto a resort de hurgada 15€ por trayecto y del resort a este hotel nos pedían 10 y regateamos y nos lo dejaron por 5€, lo comento para que estéis avisados. No pongo 5 estrellas por que tienen muchas cosas que mejorar aun, pero tiene muchísimo potencial. Volvería aun así.

This was the first time I'd ever been to Egypt and also the first time I'd ever done an all-inclusive... It did not disappoint! Arrival: So, my partner and I arrived on an evening after dinner was finished but we were still treated to a welcome drink and some snacks to tide us over. When we arrived at our room we were surprised with a beautiful bed display and a cake in honour of our anniversary (which I'd let them know we'd be celebrating when we booked). Room: The room was spacious, clean and had a great view over the pools from the small balcony. It had air-con, a safe, TV, couch, table, wardrobes, telephone, minifridge and a separate bathroom with shower, sink & toilet. The room was regularly cleaned unless we put the do-not-disturb sign out and the cleaners did a very thorough job (honestly, the whole support staff are unsung heroes at this place). We were mostly left in peace whilst in our room but the doors need to be closed with a bit of force so, if your neighbours come back at 2am you will know about it! Pools: The pool facilities were great; they're constantly being cleaned so they're excellently maintained. There are 3 pools: Heated, unheated and child's pool. There are also 3 water slides. I can't comment on the kids pool or slides but the other two pools are pretty similar to each other (apart from the temperature difference), neither is very deep but there is plenty of swimming space and the surrounding scenery is very pleasant. The heated pool has a swim-up bar and the other has a snack hut, so you can easily grab a cocktail or ice-cream. Be aware that the pools open and close roughly with the time of sunset/sunrise, so that meant around 0800-1600 while we were there; no late night swimming sessions for us :( Beach: The beach is a little walk away but it's not difficult and even those with mobility issues are unlikely to struggle with it... You just leave the complex, cross the road and head down a foliage-lined pavement through the sister-hotel and you come out on a cordoned off section of beach. While you're there, the staff still bring you refreshments and there's also a security guard on-site, so you feel safe leaving your things on a beach chair and you know that there'll be no hassle from the locals trying to sell you things. There's a large body of water cordoned off for hotel guests to swim in with anchored platforms and perry-bouys scattered throughout. We did a little snorkeling and it's not hard to come across fish in this area either. When you're done there are some showers nearby but no changing facilities (but with your room 5 minutes away, that's no big deal). Food & Drink: There are places all over the complex where you can grab a snack or drink throughout the day and the inclusive drinks include all softies, local beer, spirits and cocktails but I believe wine cost extra (I'm not a big alcohol drinker so I wasn't especially paying attention) the drinks are on the weak side but I suspect they don't want to b
