We stayed at this hotel as a **family of three**. Overall, we understand this is a **3-star hotel**, and with that in mind, there were both very good points and some serious issues. 👍 The good parts **Housekeeping and restaurant staff are amazing** — always smiling, helpful, and genuinely kind. The **bar staff and waiters are absolute superstars**, constantly going the extra mile and making guests feel welcome. We had **all-inclusive at Panorama Restaurant**, and our experience there was very good. The food is simple, so be prepared to eat **chicken every day** and **fish every second day**, but everything was fresh and tasty, and we actually enjoyed it. Rooms are **spacious and lovely**, which honestly felt better than typical 3-star standards — for this reason alone, we would give the hotel **4 stars for rooms**. The **best person in the hotel** is without a doubt **Mahmoud, the tour operator**. He is an incredibly kind, professional gentleman who truly cares about guests. After returning from a fishing trip, the hotel restaurant refused to cook our freshly caught fish for us, even though we asked politely. Mahmoud stepped in and **ordered fresh fried fish, prawns, and king prawns for us**, and **refused to take any money**. This gesture meant a lot and shows what real hospitality looks like. #m👎 The bad experience – SPA (avoid!) Unfortunately, our **worst experience was with the hotel spa**, and we strongly advise guests to **avoid it**. The spa salesman approached me **on the pier**, invading my personal space while I was quietly reading. I felt pressured into listening and eventually into buying treatments. What was sold to me: * Full **manicure & pedicure** (including nail polish, different colours, full care – not gel, as discussed) * **Brow henna** * **Facial threading** * **Facial cleansing treatment** I was told the whole spa experience would take about **1 hour to 1.5 hour**. I paid **£100**, but the price I signed for was **€110**, which is **less than £100**, meaning I was already cheated on the exchange rate, when I came to the Spa and they asked for the payment. The reality was shocking: * **Old nail polish on my toes was not even removed**. They didn’t even cut the nails!!!! * There was **no real pedicure at all** — only a heel exfoliation * Manicure was limited to **cutting nails and cuticles**, nothing more (which I could do at home for free, not for £100! * No polish, no proper treatment — completely different from what was promised and shown in photos This spa experience was **misleading, unprofessional, and felt like a scam**. ⭐ Overall We don’t complain about the hotel itself — for a **3-star hotel**, it offers **good value**, spacious rooms, and wonderful staff in housekeeping, restaurant, and bar areas. However, the **spa experience seriously damages trust** and should be avoided entirely. If management improves **reception attitude** and **addresses the spa issue**, this hotel could be a much better exp
