Great stay as always. The staff are amazing always smiling friendly willing to help at all times. Very professional and courteous. The hotel is spotlessly clean andvthe bedrooms are large and comfortable huge hathroom/dressing area. Always hot water and fab shower. Chocolates given with evening top up of tea coffee etc. Can't fault hotel. However I have suggested they introduce no smoking around the pool and there be a designated smoking area for those who wish to smoke. Highly recommended if you want quiet quality and comfort.

This is our second visit to this Fantastic hotel. The staff and management are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The food is outstanding, every day you are greeted with a new buffet which caters for everyone’s needs The only issue I have is the Internet - last time we were here you could get connected anywhere within the hotel; that’s not been the case this visit. That said, would we come back ? Yes definitely. Same again next year please If you are looking for a holiday where you want peace no stress relaxation and good evening entertainment this is the place for you.

Never when we have revisited a hotel have we been greeted by every single member of staff gardeners, waiters, cleaner's, receptionists, and management smiling faces, shaking hands it was wonderful but not just us many many more guests were greeted the same once you have been to this hotel you will return. It is a small boutique hotel which means all staff get to know you and you also get to know the other guests regardless of nationality. Like others have said it's hard to single out some members of staff because they are all wonderful but I will mention our fab Mahmoud on reception will go extra mile for you, Sam what a personality great fun, Walid never stops waiting on to give you anything you want now the boss GM Moustafa Amin very much a hands on manager who leads by example always around helping and chatting great man. Would I recommend 💯 we will be back, thank you all

Having just returned from the Steigenberger Makadi. This Adults hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in. From our first meeting with front of house Azmy who showed us to our room And educated us on the hotel and its surroundings. All the staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful. Food in the main restaurant was buffet And a menu of three mains that you Could choose cooked fresh and delivered to your table could not fault It. Pool bar and restaurant freshly cooked Food of very good quality. The main bar had very good evening Entertainment every night. And would has the guests up on The dance floor even the bar staff Joined in. Down on the beech you had a sectioned Off private part with all inclusive drinks. They have a restaurant a few yards away That is all inclusive to hotel guests. The food was great. Once again to all the staff at this wonderful hotel thanks for making Our stay memorable. Wow… 2nd time to this hotel and I can honestly say it is fantastic we love it… immaculate spacious comfortable excellent food amazing staff everywhere in the hotel… lovely and quiet but a wonderful atmosphere. We will be coming back next year for sure.

All the staff can’t do enough for you and always have a smile on their face The rooms are luxurious and spacious all areas are kept extremely clean and there are more than enough sun loungers for everyone

We chose this hotel because of the golf course so asked for a room overlooking the course. Our room was amazing.we enjoyed watching the golfers from our balcony in the late afternoon. Room was brilliant. Cleaner was excellent. Fresh towels provided twice a day. Pool towels delivered to the room. Unfortunately drinks including soft drinks in the mini bar had to be paid for.A Fanta orange costing £3. This is very poor in an all inclusive hotel. Tea and coffee was provided in the room but no milk, only coffee ate so if you are a tea drinker you hsve to ask in the dining room every couple of days for milk to take to your room. There was a good choice of food for breakfast. Lunch at 19 bar was fine with nice soup and salads. Fish and chips was a very good choice. Steak sandwich had lots of steak in but it was always quite thick and always tough. Evening meals were not as good as the last time we were here. Always a choice of 3 specials, cooked while you wait one vegan, one fish and one meat.we go for the meat option. There is also often a joint of meat most days - but this is cut into big chunks and served with the bonesand skin. They will take bones out but still cut the meat in big chunks. It would be really nice to have a joint thinly sliced. Steak was very usually tough, like st lunchtime. Not much choice of vegetables. However the chefs are always happy to cook a pasta dish for you if you are not happy with the other options. The pool area is a fair size for the amount of bedrooms but there is not much room to sunbsthe without being in the shade. All beds have an overhead cover which cant be moved and there are also several trees so you are constantly moving your sumbed if you want to be in the sun. In the evening there is usually some form of entertainment in the lobby bar.this is usually a singer but they did have a belly dancer one evening. One evening there were quite a few people dancing but mist of the singers were uninspiring and very average. We plwyed 5 rounds of golf while we were there. The Golfcourse was well set out but quite difficult with undulating fairways, plenty of bunkers, a lot of wasteland and very hard and sloping greens. There is a choice of 6 tees to pay from. Proof of handicap is required with a maximunm handicap of 36. With the package of 5 rounds including a shared buggiy it worked out st about £67 per round. No problem getting a tee time, no need to book, mostly 2 balls. Staff are all brilliant.internet was poor.

This is my second visit to this Hotel and will certainly not be the last. The Hotel is fantastic and all the staff go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The Hotel and gardens are kept to a high standard - everything is spotless - I must mention Aymen the housekeeper - he was excellent. The food is great - there is always something for everyone - even the most fussy eaters. Can't wait to return.
