Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar Beach Reviews

We stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room. Positives: - The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.  - The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing. - The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations. Negatives: - The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow. - The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained. - The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level. - Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible - There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in. Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

this hotel was beyond my expectations .we are extremely satisfied.the staff is very kind,helpful.their service is just great.almost all of foods were delicious.they also keep hotel very clean.we enjoyed our vacation and strongly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).

There are many luxury hotels in Hurghada, Egypt. In order to choose the most satisfactory hotel. I did a lot of homework before coming, but there are actually very few reviews. And no matter which one, there are comments saying that the staff treats whites and Asians differently and discriminates against 🇨🇳 people. This actually makes me quite worried. After all, being away from home still affects my mood. But when I came to this hotel, everything amazed me. The whole hotel is very large and the room is very new. There are only two East Asian faces in the two days. It is also a niche. The three meals are all-inclusive in the form of buffet, with a super variety of fresh and exquisite, and the taste is also very good. The bar provides free drinks, and the service is also very thoughtful. The manager also asked us how to attract Chinese guests and gave us a private room on the beach for free. In the evening, there will be a bar performing local special programs, and people from various countries will dance together in the interactive session. Freedom is embodied at this moment. These two days are just like the experience of the White Lotus Resort. It is definitely not a trust. Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar Beach is really worth it!

Conclusion first: I don't recommend going to Hurghada to spend money and get humiliated. All the staff discriminate against Chinese people. If you have to go, you can consider this hotel 1. Service: The restaurant staff is OK, but – The staff on the beach will chat with white people very enthusiastically and ask what they want to drink, but I just skipped it. According to my observation, Chinese people all get their drinks from the bar. Interesting, the main purpose is to secretly disgust you. After complaining to the manager, there was no improvement (the management team apologized sincerely, but Egypt's structural discrimination may be unsolvable) – I was yelled at by the staff on the beach for moving an unused fence (the white people next to me used two without any problem) 2. Facilities: It is said that there are four restaurants, but it is impossible to make an appointment, which means that there is only one restaurant, and the food is at the level of a cafeteria. Only the barbecue bar is OK. Anyone who has stayed in all-inclusive hotels in other places can't praise it 3. Room: The decoration is very poor, the level of domestic cheap and fast hotels, and the three words "guesthouse" are the most accurate description In short, Hurghada is not recommended at all, and this hotel has a relatively good evaluation

Everything about the hotel is very comfortable: the scenery, food, service, there is no unpleasantness at all. But I haven't compared it with other hotels, so I don't know if they are of the same level in all aspects.

The hotel has a beautiful environment! Thoughtful service! Rich food! All included in one price! Quality guaranteed! Exceeded expectations!

This restaurant is very suitable for lying down with friends. There are several waiters in the restaurant who are very enthusiastic and recommend suitable drinks every day. It is all-inclusive and basically you don’t have to worry about a lot. You can live a regular life of eating and sunbathing after a short period of time, and then eating and sleeping after sunbathing.

The hotel is in a very new community with a beautiful bay. It is lively during the day and quiet at night. All meals are included, the taste is good, and the price-performance ratio is high😀

It was early in the morning when I arrived on the first day. The room I was assigned was next to the equipment room and was very noisy! I asked to change rooms on the spot and they agreed verbally, but the hotel staff never responded after they left. I couldn't get through to them and no one answered the phone. The quilt in this room was a little dirty, but I went to the front desk the next day and they changed us to a quiet room.

Very good, stayed for three nights and basically didn't have to worry about anything, good for a relaxing vacation

The overall service is good, and the room is also OK. Most importantly, it was freezing cold in Egypt these days, but the air conditioning here worked (many hotels don't). The all-inclusive service is also great!
