Serenity Makadi Beach

It was our 4th time at Serenity Makadi Beach. It really feels like our second home ☺️ The quality of the food is great, the gardens our beautiful and the beach is just great. I little piece of paradise on earth. And of course the friendliness of the staff is super! Many thank again to Ahmed Sayed, Emad Hamdy, Ahmed (Baywatch) and many many others. We can recommend Serenity Makadi Beach to everyone who really want a 5-star luxurious stay in Egypt C U next year ️☀️

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday at the start of January 2024. The resort is very quiet at this time of year which I think made it all the more relaxing. Sunshine for all 7 days and the snorkelling from the jetty was superb. I particularly enjoyed the relaxation pool and sitting at the swim up bar having a few drinks. Food has been excellent throughout with plenty of options - including for my vegetarian wife. Every single member of staff made us feel welcome. The grounds are kept beautifully maintained and it was lovely to walk around during the day. Whilst I was at the swim up bar keeping the barman busy, my wife was enjoying the gym and yoga sessions too. Would definitely return again!

Fantastic holiday, beautiful surroundings 4 star accommodation as looking a bit tired in areas ( but nothing that would effect your stay ) with 5 star service as the staff really can’t do enough for you. Food of a high standard and good selection of all inclusive drinks and cocktails. Not the place to stay if you are looking for a beach holiday as the only way to swim in the sea is off a pier but the snorkelling was great. We would defiantly come back.

Serenity Beach Makadi Bay Arrived on first night lovely welcome njce welcome drink, checked in, porter came to help with baggage We had booked a Sea view room at extra cost as this was most important to us to be right by the sea. The porter took our wheeled bags and left us to carry our heavy baggage ourselves! He rushed off at quite a speed and we couldn’t keep up! The room was quite a long way away from the main facilities, and as it was dark, even though there was lighting, we struggled to see the footpath due to our dwindling eyesight , which we decided this was a problem which would have to be fixed promptly other wise we would have to curtail the holiday. We rang reception as soon as we arrived at the room who kindly agreed to relocate us to the main building the following day As it was dark and late we decided to order food and drinks on room service. Our food and drinks arrived promptly and the attendant was great and served us nicely and food was great. The next day we set off to Reception, we spoke to the Manager who was absolutely fabulous, he was really understanding straight away, and offered us a free upgrade to a purple wrist band which allowed us to use the Restaurant , Snack Bar and beach bar at the beach end, which solved all our problems as we stayed in our beautiful sea view room 1 minute away from all these facilities. From then on our holiday really was amazing. Breakfast was great the chef made us perfect eggs to order. Lunch at the snack bar was good, a good choice of snacks. However, for some reason the staff struggled to be as helpful as the others, we think Ali had had a row with his missus that morning and was a bit slow and not with it, I asked for a coffee, I was served black coffee, no problem, I asked for some milk, to which the waiter replied, ‘no, it’s a black coffee’. The next day at the snack bar again I asked again for coffee, which was served black, And the above pantomime played out again! The third day they got it right and served me a Latte, triumphantly, however the machine had run out of milk and I had a black coffee yet again!!! The beach was lovely, plenty of beds, parasols and was a lovely set up, The beach Resteraunt was really lovely fabulous selection of food, great barbecue and we always found something really nice to eat, the Manager was amazing, and made sure we had plenty of drinks The pools were great plenty of sun loungers, the hotel was very clean and the gardens well kept. We went to Sayonara resteraunt for 4 course meal, the resteraunt was really nice, the food was really really nice, a very good dining experience. Just a shame that beer was served in small glasses but we overcome the comment .’you like your beer don’t you’ by the waiter when my partner complained to the waiter who was excessively noisy putting the cutlery away! We quite liked the room cleaning service ant the towel decorations, love heart, elephant, dog were great fun! All in all a great stay in a great

The crew was amazing very friendly and very helpful made the atmosphere very amazing , we will come back again for sure The hotel rooms were very good and the aqua park was great. But the best part was the crew and their friendly attitude and amazing atmosphere

We've just come back after a week .could definitely have done longer , room was just what was needed for the amount of time we spent in it . Always cleand to a high standard. food ,there was always something to please our palette and plenty of it ,staff were always willing to help and friendly ,Marwan at the beach bar was lovely always friendly and willing to help .all i can say we'll definitely going back again .

Family holiday for 9 of us. And what a wonderful break we had! Staff always friendly and attentive, food very good and tasty, drink plentiful and pools lovely if not a little cold! And the amazing view of the sea and snorkelling fantastic. Special mention to Aladin and Hosny and the lovely barman at the upgraded restaurant bar. Will hope to visit again in the future 😃

Very comfortable hotel, excellent hospitality, staff friendly and kind - always willing to help and accommodate us. House coral reef is excellent and life guards Mustafa and Momtaz (Black Shark) made the experience even better. Restaurant food and team were also 10/10. There is also a very fun aqua park with great rides including a ferris wheel and bumper cars!
