This hotel engages in racial discrimination and prohibits Chinese from dining: The hotel restaurant operates on a reservation basis, with reservations opening at 10am. We arrived before 10am and were already in line at the reservation desk, with only four people ahead of us. However, the manager informed us that the restaurant was fully booked and couldn't offer us a dinner. Later that day, we met our German friends and they told us they managed to make reservations for the same restaurant even though they arrived the reservation desk at 11am.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I travel internationally every month and have never seen such a bad front desk and manager! Although another manager came to apologize when I checked out, although the second manager was very professional, it was too late. The first manager had already treated his guests in the worst way! So no one can save it! 1. Discrimination at the hotel front desk! (The person in the first picture) I went to the front desk, and the front desk saw me and ignored me, but started to answer the phone. I waited for him to finish, and he answered the second call. After he hung up the phone again, I said I wanted a towel card, and he asked why, haha, do I need to ask? Of course I need a towel. Then a man came and said his request. The front desk started to talk to the man and helped him solve the problem first. Then asked me, "What is your room number?" I told him, and I told him, "You could have asked my room number early in the morning, and you didn't need me to stand here for so long." I complained and recorded it with a go pro. 2. Extremely rude front desk! (Still in the first picture) After that, I went back to ask the name of the front desk, and he first rudely snatched my go pro! He grabbed it directly! It was horrible for a guest to be in public! It was as barbaric as an animal that had not evolved. This hotel actually hired such low-level people. And the front desk immediately covered his name tag. If you did nothing wrong, what are you feeling guilty about? 3. Extremely unprofessional manager! I refused the manager's greeting and handshake because I was too angry, and expressed my dissatisfaction. Surprisingly, the manager did not apologize, and did not mention a word about the bad attitude of the employee! Instead, he complained that I should not refuse his greeting. Isn't this a diversion? Even if I shouldn't refuse the manager's greeting and handshake, as a hotel staff, shouldn't you solve the guest's complaint first? If the hotel staff is so fragile, then this hotel will definitely not be a good choice. 4. Very offensive front desk! It was the same front desk. Every time I went over, he called me China. In this case, I can only say that there is probably no one in Hurghada, Egypt, so the hotel hired such a stupid and rude employee. 5. Careless front desk! When I checked in, the front desk gave me a hotel introduction in German. I can understand the carelessness during Ramadan, but I called to request the English version, but it was not delivered. In the end, I took the time to pick it up myself. 6. Poor hygiene! The towels were disgustingly yellow, and the pillowcases were also yellow. 7. The air conditioner was broken! I almost got a heat stroke on the first night I stayed here, so I had to open the balcony window to sleep, but the cars passing outside were so noisy that I couldn't sleep well.

The hotel is good, the room is beautiful, and the view is so beautiful. The staff service is good, and the hotel manager Regional E-commerce Director (Mr. Abdelkhalek) is great👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel has complete supporting facilities and has a resort style. Most of the guests are white people, with few Chinese. The public area is particularly large and is suitable for lying down in the hotel. There are 6 restaurants, among which the seafood restaurant and German restaurant only provide dinner, and reservations must be made in advance. The hotel service staff are very warm and considerate. It is the best hotel service I have experienced in Egypt.

The staff is still very welcoming and polite. We basically ate at the Mediterranean restaurant, which is similar to the buffet on a cruise ship. Booked a dinner at a seafood restaurant which was not bad. Overall, I was very happy to stay here, with great views and good service. The only thing I think could be improved is the mattress. One of the beds could feel springs. There is also the low noise of the machine that can be heard outside the room, it seems like a machine room, but you can't hear it with the windows closed.

I think some staff are not very enthusiastic about Chinese people and are slow to solve problems. The buffet is not delicious and all restaurants have similar content. Then the hotel environment may be because my expectations are too high. Compared with five-star hotels in Southeast Asia, it is actually very average. The hotel is 90% There are very, very few white Asians.

The hotel is great, there are many restaurants with rich food, and there are many activities in the hotel.
