The hotel is excellent, offering comprehensive and top-notch services. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Despite working from 7am until evening daily, they consistently maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor. They take great care in cleanliness, ensuring areas such as the roofs, handrails, seating, and chairs are cleaned daily. The hotel's cleanliness and comfort make it highly recommendable.

Good service and beautiful environment

During our two-day trip to the Red Sea, we chose two all-inclusive hotels to stay. It was through this comparison that we realized that this one was really great😅 The rooms are all suites, which are large and exquisite. The overall environment and swimming pool are of high quality. The highlight meals are very delicious. They are all exquisite a la carte dishes. There is no sales promotion in the hotel (the staff will just keep asking you if you want it) Drink something 🤣) The only small drawback is that it is difficult to make reservations at some restaurants. Conclusion first: Not recommended. Check-in was super slow, taking two hours. Although I booked a month in advance and arrived at the hotel on time at 2pm local time, I still couldn't meet any of my check-in requirements. Finally, after active communication with Ctrip, they agreed to add 73 euros to upgrade the room type to meet my needs. I would like to thank Ctrip customer service for their active cooperation and help. I will still choose Ctrip next time.

The hotel is new, clean, good convenient entrance to the sea, the food is delicious in the Italian restaurant, in the Greek it is delicious only for dinner, in the afternoon it is bad for lunch. Great hotel, small but nice. There are resident singers at the bar every night. For hotel dinner, you need to scan the QR code to make a reservation or call the front desk to make a reservation one day in advance. We scanned the QR code and made an appointment with Basilico Italian. My companion also called the front desk to make a reservation at the Italian restaurant. Later I learned that Basilico Italian is the Italian restaurant in the hotel next door. The front desk helped us make an appointment at the Italian restaurant above the front desk of our hotel. Although we made an appointment at the wrong place, we still found a way to solve it.

We went on an all inclusive program. The food is delicious, you order like in a restaurant (not a buffet), because of this, often the waiters can forget to write down and bring the dish. The beach is good. The rooms are good but the floors are dirty. All bars have local alcohol, only one bar had imported. The territory of the hotel is small, but there is another hotel nearby that you can use. We played tennis, golf and basketball there. There is also a water park with good slides.
