Very nice resort. Rooms are very good. The food is variabel and delissous. Drinks 24/7. Entertainment is perfect. Especially Omar, Dana, Mr. Alfa, Moody, Amar, Adrianne. Irisch pub special thanks for Mohamed and Meena, Lobbybar speciaal thanks for mr. Hassan and Elsayed. Mr Tarek and of course to the best guest relationship Elia Ashraf. Big thanks for Mr. Karim for his discount, we know him for more dan 16 years. He is like family, very friendly and kind. We love him, Yulia and the above people. We come in a few months back to our "family & secund home"

The best hotel in your live. Beauty clean room, we got with privte pool. Amazing food and drinks. Very nice services. The best barmans (bar near to pool) are Ahmed A. Fatah and Sameh El Sayed are nice, polite and realy friendly. Hotel is very big, modern and comfort. we will definitely come back here

We had a very nice time at the end of October. This hotel is amazing. The rooms are big, comfortable and very clean! The beach is nice, the water was great, with recif very close. The pools were with cold water, but there is one pool with warm water at lagoon! But that was not a problem for us, because we spent most of our time on the beach, enjoying cocktails! The food was good and various! You need ro reserve a la cart restaurant from your first day, because they get full really fast. The main restaurant is big and gets crowded at breakfast and dinner. Every thing is very clean. The staff was nice and polite!

I highly recommend this hotel. We spent a week over Christmas and it was the best decision. Everything was absolutely perfect The biggest thanks go to the staff. Everyone was nice and helpful. Beautiful sea, heated pools and a great gym. Very tasty food and mixed drinks It was definitely not our last visit and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

It was amazing! The crews are very-very nice! The hotel is clean and beautyfull. Food and beverage is very good! I highly recommend it with a warm heart! The value for money is outstanding. The best choice from the European dark winter! We will be back!

Fantastic hotel and great staff. We decided to spend Christmas 2024 in Hurgarda this year and we were not disappointed. The room wasn’t what we booked, however was outstanding. Food was plentiful and a very good standard. We were never left with an empty glass either alcoholic or soft.

From start to finish what a perfect week in a perfect Hotel from the ala carte restaurant's to the Lagoon pool bar everything was just fantastic the main lobby bar the patisserie you are waited on hand and foot if you're drink is nearing empty it is automatically refilled if you wish the words wax lyrical comes to mind if anyone asks me if I enjoyed this Hotel I definitely did my wife and myself have never been on more relaxing and refreshing holiday all because of this Hotel and it's staff even getting delayed on my outward and returning flights couldn't have cared one bit because I will definitely return to this gem of a Hotel
