"Overall, the hotel experience was satisfactory: the location was convenient and the rooms were clean. However, we were disappointed by the situation after check-out. About an hour after leaving, we realized that we had forgotten an expensive spoon from a set in the room and immediately called the hotel. At first, the staff said they would check the room, but later called back saying they had not found anything. In the evening, we came to the hotel in person and were told that items related to food are usually thrown away. This situation significantly affected our overall impression of the stay."
