Facilities: We booked a family room and a king room for four people. Both rooms were very spacious, beautifully decorated with a unique style. The windows were huge, floor-to-ceiling, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! We had a wonderful night's sleep! The surroundings were very quiet, the air conditioning worked perfectly, there was plenty of hot water, and all the disposable amenities were provided.
Cleanliness: Very clean, every nook and cranny was spotless, making our stay very reassuring.
Environment: Nanxun is beautiful, that goes without saying. The guesthouse is located by the canal near Baijianlou, and the night view is stunning. Walking along the river at night, with the lights shimmering, was incredibly peaceful.
Service: Top-notch! The two hostesses of the guesthouse are both warm, lovely, beautiful, and exceptionally elegant. We checked in at 10 PM, and after asking, one of the sisters recommended a riverside restaurant nearby that was absolutely delicious! The home-style dishes were incredible, no wonder the two owners are such good friends – they're all kind and enthusiastic people! In the morning, you can choose to have noodles at the guesthouse at 8 AM, or sleep in and take a noodle voucher to a century-old noodle shop. Our room type also came with the owner's handmade coffee, which I must say, was absolutely delicious! Even if you're not staying here, I highly recommend coming to 'Qie Chu' to try their wonderful coffee!
Overall, both the scenery and the people we met in Nanxun were fantastic! This was my third time in Nanxun, and if I'm lucky enough to visit a fourth time, I will definitely stay at this guesthouse again. Hope to see the sisters again!
