又續住了一天，共住5天。把湖州玩個遍，很宜居的城市。
建議大家來湖州旅遊．可以住在淅北酒店西樓，雖是老酒店但亁淨設施齊全，前台人員誠懇服務到位，很適合city walk，鄰近所有步行街、商場，前天降溫不想出門叫外賣也方便，總之食衣住行俱全，價格合適CP值真的很高。

還是與上次一樣住得滿意，服務人員態度非常好，原先準備選擇太湖古鎮旁的五星酒店，考慮離衣裳、小西、狀元街極近，還是住在了這裏😊，吃喝玩樂都有了，性價比超高的選擇。下次來的話希望能把窗户隔音做的好一點，空調室外機有些吵😉

房間還可以，感覺性價比極高，五一沒有多大漲價，而且有停車位，地理位置絕佳，在衣裳街邊上，吃飯超方便，旁邊小夥子幹挑面值得打卡！感覺不象評價中那樣，設施還可以，滿意！

第二次來湖州市區玩，這次選了個更靠近中心區域的住宿。浙北大酒店是個很高的建築，相比之下西樓就小多了，五層樓躲在沿街商鋪裏，但位置確實優越，東邊的街區就是衣裳街，西南的街區是小西街，北邊過一個街區是鐵佛寺，都在步行範圍內。到飛英塔1.9公里，到潮音橋1.8公里，也都能走到。門口有幾家人氣很旺的餐廳，還有一個共享電瓶車自行車停車點，出去玩不想走路也可以踩上就走，很方便。酒店有自己的一個小停車場，車位不多。酒店掛的房間內部照片是實圖，沒有出入。設施確實有點舊了，窗玻璃是單層的，連紗窗都沒有，天氣熱都沒辦法開窗通風，會有蚊子飛進來。但房間衞生做得還不錯，勉強算可以接受。不好的是房間裏沒有抽紙，一次性用品補充得摳摳搜搜的，每天衹給兩瓶水，有一天我們剩了一瓶在桌上，就衹給我們補了一瓶，這個錢也要省啊？！雖然有不滿的地方，但勝在地段好價格便宜，還是推薦！

酒店設施比較老舊，房間很小，窗户扣壞的，扣不上，窗台很臟。沒有紙巾，沒有棉簽。總之，基本酒店功能都能保障，但是如果有一定品質要求，就無法滿足了。優點是距離衣裳街很近，吃飯方便。停車看運氣，不能保證住客都能進入院子停車。前台有兩個，大眼睛的前台挺兇。收我100元按金，但在退房時，看到另一間房的客人卻沒有收按金。不知道為什麼還會分人收按金？

住了兩天，多要一瓶五毛錢的冰露礦泉水都沒有，説衹有續住才有資格擁有第三瓶礦泉水，我的天，格局用不着這麼小吧，這樣一來我真的要撤回昨天的好評。

價廉物美，相比許多連鎖快捷酒店要好。自帶停車場，很方便。位置在步行街邊上，去衣裳街、狀元街都很近。房間設施雖然舊了些還算乾淨。

這個酒店確實不錯，已經住了兩個晚上，湖州的美景沒逛完，就又續住了一晚上！住在這裏，交通方便，位置非常好，周邊吃飯的地方也比較多，還有個浙北大廈超市，購物也非常方便，酒店的衞生環境都很好，服務人員非常熱情，有問必答，來湖州旅遊的推薦住這裏！
