Giraffe Manor Hotel

The animal interaction was great. We could feed ostriches and giraffes at breakfast, which made the kids very happy.

Environment and Experience: 5 stars The immersive interaction with the animals, especially the giraffes, was truly a fantastic experience. Convenience: 4 stars &Transportation – Because the park is quite large and requires golf cart shuttle service, there can sometimes be long waits. The flexibility of this transportation method needs improvement. &Dining – Limited options, and delivery from outside is also quite far since it's in the mountains. Cleanliness: 3.5 stars Suggestions: If it could align more with the standards of a 5-star hotel for cleanliness, the accommodation experience would be even more perfect. Suggestions: The unmanned convenience stores should offer more shopping choices, and an online ordering mini-program should be implemented! This is very important and easy to achieve, I hope to see this improvement next time I visit. Strongly Recommended: During check-in at noon, the waiting time was too long (even though official check-in is 3 PM, there are indeed guests who arrive as early as 12 PM). The lobby also gets too hot due to its open-air design. Optimization is suggested.

The rooms were absolutely fantastic; all three were very spacious. There were so many animals around the resort, especially the giraffe at the breakfast restaurant – it was perfect for photos! The kids had an amazing time. Highly recommended, five stars!

We picked this hotel last minute, and I initially thought it might not be ideal since my kids are older, but it turned out to be really unique. The breakfast, especially, where you can get up close with giraffes, was a highlight. All the hotel staff were very attentive; the air conditioning was already on when we entered our room, and disposable toilet seat covers were provided. Customer service agent Xiao Yang was quick to resolve any issues and was genuinely kind and nice. When we checked out, they even gave us giraffe plushies. We had a wonderful time!

A real-life Wizard of Oz experience, staying in a secluded wooden cabin nestled in a bamboo forest, with lush green mountain views right outside your window. Besides feeding giraffes, there's also a bamboo forest slide, archery, and a fully equipped children's playground. Guests can visit the cute pet park for free. It's perfect for a weekend getaway, a girls' trip, or a family outing.

Excellent! They upgraded us to a family room for free. The shuttle service was on-call, and we got to have breakfast with giraffes, which made the kids incredibly happy. When we checked out, my child said they want to come back again...

The terrace bathtub needs a privacy screen to block the view from other buildings. Otherwise, if a woman unknowingly gets in naked, she might be exposed, and that would be beyond what the hotel could compensate for. The air conditioning needs to be adjusted as it's too noisy. We had to turn it off at night, otherwise, the noise made it impossible to sleep. There's a good variety of food, but the taste is honestly just average. This is after comparing it with several other local farm-to-table restaurants nearby. Everything else was fantastic! There are about 20 different types of animals, which was incredibly fun. Having breakfast with the giraffes in the morning was an absolute joy. All the staff, from our butler Xiao Yang, to the drivers, cleaners, doormen, security guards, restaurant staff, and animal keepers, genuinely provide excellent service to guests. There are so many activities, and the green environment is incredibly comfortable. Overall, I really like this hotel. I've been here twice in six years because my kids always remember it. I truly hope it can be improved to be even more perfect.
