The hotel is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by hills and bamboo forests. Our room was clean and newly furnished. We especially loved the hot tub on our private terrace with its stunning view — we even watched the stars from there.
Having breakfast while watching the giraffes was a truly unique experience. You can even feed them with carrots, which was a lot of fun.
Manager Xiao Wang was very kind and helpful. She arranged a late checkout for us and also provided a QR code for giraffe food.
Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable stay!

秋假，錯峯體驗 湖州長頸鹿莊園的體驗感，很贊！
酒店房間安靜，早上是聽着丹頂鶴的聲音， 起床。 酒店的接駁車也非常給力，少走了很多路。 萌寵樂園的小動物，都不太怕人，路上走着走着會碰到 鴕鳥 和 小狐獴，可愛極了！ 很適合帶着小朋友，來一次週末離嘉計劃！

衞生：衞生是真的一般般，讓我給5星好評做不出來，第一個房間就是因為衞生不行換房間的，換了第二個房間床頭依然有灰，所有讓他們又擦了一下。
環境：景區整個人就是森林氧吧，11月中旬這個季節蚊子少了很多了，很原生態。
服務：酒店的服務人員還是很好的，有問題及時解決。
酒店裡麪雖然小動物不是很多，但是養的很好，而且可以零距離接觸，還是很有意思的。
海獅表演裏面的海獅太可憐了，我發現就是一直關在籠子裏，衹有表演的時候才出來，一個很小的籠子，其實這個表演也可以不看的。相比其他的小動物，海獅太可憐了。
長頸鹿餐廳還可以的，沒有那麼臭，不影響吃飯。

小朋友很喜歡動物，趁着雙十一有活動，囤了酒店，特意請了假週五過來，因為週六房間已經被預訂完了。最開始套餐裏是兩張單人床，預訂的時候沒注意，還好思思管家幫忙協調，換成了大床房，還贈送了飼料券和小禮物。小朋友玩的超級開心。也灰常勇敢，自己拿着喂。即使不是靠窗，小朋友也可以過去喂的！

出去玩了很多次 真的很少寫評價 但是這次真的氣到我了 來之前還是挺期待的 因為我很喜歡帶我家兒子住親子酒店 之前去長隆 海昌 星星酒店體驗感都很好 結果到這我真的是服了 整個園區能跟動物的互動的區域都體驗了 園區內玩的項目真的不算多 也衹能喂喂動物 半天不到就結束了 酒店工作人員的服務意識真的好好改進改進吧 去前台辦入住三個人推三堵四 一會讓我去第三個等着 一會讓我去第一個等着 我也不明白等什麼 除了我壓根沒人 真的是有夠無語 辦完入住坐接駁車也沒人安排 還得自己拎着行李問 真的毫無服務意識 房間設施也真夠老的 連櫃門都沒有 也不知道維修一下 晚上開電視也沒信號 又聯繫管家找人來修 熱水放的也超級超級慢 對比我住的其他親子酒店真的差遠了 最讓我生氣的就是喂長頸鹿 我看小紅書説可以自帶胡蘿蔔 我就準備了一點點 剛拿出來餵了兩根 有個工作人員突然沖出來很大聲的説我 我一開始都沒看到有賣胡蘿蔔的地方 她自己蹲在拐角誰能看到她 不能喂自己帶的你可以好好説 又沒有提示牌 我哪知道 態度那麼差幹什麼 真的不會考慮再去第二次
