New Century Resort Huzhou

My family brought me to Nantaihu Villa two years ago, and this time I came back with friends, and the experience was still fantastic. It feels like there have been a lot of changes since two years ago; the facilities are much more complete, and the service is even better. Butler Xiao Xiong is reliable and responsive to any issues. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Taihu Lake scenery is still beautiful to look at. The shuttle bus was always available on call, and breakfast was genuinely good, with a rich variety and local specialties. The resort has a petting zoo and a swimming pool, perfect for entertaining kids and relaxing. It's also close to Fisherman's Wharf, making it ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Initially, the family room we were given was on a lower floor, which didn't quite meet our expectations for a comfortable stay. However, the hotel proactively follows up with every guest, paying close attention to their experience and needs. The very next day, they moved us to a private detached family villa, which offered much better privacy and was perfect for a family. Our stay experience significantly improved. The 'Little Bear' butler service was also thoughtful and attentive. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor specializes in fresh seafood from Huzhou's Taihu Lake, while also offering other cuisines. The Chinese-style decor is elegant, and the dishes are plentiful and tasty. There's also a pet park on the grounds with adorable and lively animals. You can buy carrot feed to interact with them up close.

Nestled amidst mountains and a lake, this resort is a hidden gem. Its Chinese-style courtyard villas are built into the hillside, offering a serene and healing environment. Our lake-view villa provided unbeatable views; the Taihu Lake sparkled during the day, and the Moon Hotel glowed at night, making every photo Instagram-worthy. The hotel service was meticulous, with a responsive butler and convenient 24-hour shuttle service. The room amenities were top-notch and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches like a mini-bar and welcome fruit. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a heated pool, a pet park, and an observation deck, all perfect for families. The breakfast was rich and delicious, featuring local specialties, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The package included boat tickets, and we boarded the boat right across from the hotel. It was a pleasant half-hour ride, slowly cruising and enjoying the scenery of Taihu Lake. The hotel is quite large and easy to find, with plenty of parking spaces, including fast and slow charging piles. The attic rooms on the mountain top offer excellent views, and it's also very close to Dragon's Dream. The 'Little Bear Butler' service was warm and attentive. The room was comfortable, and the WiFi speed was fast. Overall, it was a good travel experience.

This is my umpteenth visit to Nan Tai Hu Resort, and my stay was fantastic as always. This time, I added the 'Little Bear' butler on WeChat, and their service was exceptional throughout. The hotel boasts stunning views; every photo you take turns out beautifully, and just looking at it makes you feel relaxed and happy. After check-out, they patiently helped me with the invoicing. The Chinese restaurant offers authentic flavors and good value for money. The overall decor is perfectly to my taste, and being surrounded by the lush greenery of the mountains within the resort truly sets the perfect holiday mood.

Staying at Nanthaihu Villa was a really pleasant experience. From the Taihu Building on the hilltop, you get panoramic views, and the scenery is beautiful. The villa also has a cute pet park with lots of little animals. There's even an observation deck near check-in where you can watch the sunrise and sunset, perfect for photos. They offer a gym, a swimming pool, and even handicraft activities for kids. The room itself was spacious, bright, and clean, with a Chinese-style design. Our butler, Yunyun, was also very attentive and answered all our questions. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely come back when I have time.

The day before check-in, the hotel proactively called to ask about my preferences and arranged the room accordingly. This level of thoughtfulness is rare among hotels, and the service remained impeccable throughout my stay. The lobby is bright and elegant, creating a wonderful ambiance. The surrounding environment is serene, full of greenery, quiet, and pleasant. The pool water is crystal clear and clean, and the changing rooms are well-equipped with facilities for changing and showering. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a variety of wontons, fried noodles, hot stir-fries, and shaobing, all of which tasted great. Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable.

Facilities: Excellent. The hotel facilities are still new, grand, and luxurious, perfectly fitting the vibe of a resort. It would be even better if the 'Naughty Castle' (indoor play area) was a bit bigger or if there were more indoor activities for children, as it was too hot and the outdoor facilities weren't suitable. We relied entirely on indoor options to keep the kids entertained. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Excellent. Perched halfway up the mountain, it's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, overlooking the entire city – an absolutely superb location. Service: Excellent. Our butler, Yunyun, was very responsive to all our requests. The bottled water in the room was generously provided! The shuttle service was super fast and completely efficient.

The resort experience at Nan Taihu Villa was great. The room was clean and tidy, with smart home features throughout, a mini-fridge, and a sterilizer, all fully equipped. The rooms in the villa area were very quiet. On the 7th-floor observation deck, you can see the Sheraton landmark and a night light show. With views of Taihu Lake from the mountainside, the scenery is expansive, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our butler, Yunyun, provided excellent service. The shuttle bus within the park made getting around convenient. It's a perfect escape from the city for a relaxing holiday. Overall, the experience was excellent and highly recommended.
