The room was great, very spacious, and the restaurant was excellent with a rich variety of food. Highly recommended! I'll definitely come back next time I'm on a business trip! It exceeded my expectations!!

Not far from Nanxun Ancient Town, about a ten-minute walk, which is quite convenient. The room was pretty clean, but there was a faint, lingering smell of smoke. It gets stuffy if you don't open the window, but opening it in a street-facing room makes it really noisy. The biggest issue is the soundproofing; it's really poor. You can hear every little sound from the hallway clearly. The same goes for the street-facing rooms; the large windows don't block out noise, and with many large vehicles on the road, it gets so loud in the early morning that you can't sleep. They gave me some white tea when I checked out, which was a nice touch.

Visited during the off-season, and the hotel kindly upgraded my room for free. The hygiene was generally decent, and breakfast was just okay. The hotel is quite close to Nanxun Ancient Town, about a 15-minute walk. At check-out, they even gave me some fruit for the road.

The room was very mediocre, and the service was terrible, completely lacking any standards. The room I booked included breakfast. The front desk staff wrote down my room number, but early the next morning, they refused entry to two elderly family members, claiming there was no breakfast. With so many people watching, I went to confirm, and they just looked at the number on the card sleeve and stubbornly insisted there was no breakfast. It was only after I complained that they reluctantly put the card into the machine to check and admitted that breakfast was indeed included. By then, they had already forced the two elderly people to find a breakfast place outside in an unfamiliar area. It was an absolute mess, entirely the hotel's responsibility. They even admitted it. The compensation they offered was free breakfast, a small gift, and a late check-out. The hotel prices were already ridiculously inflated due to the holiday, so do I really care about a few free breakfasts? If they had just handled it properly the first time I raised the issue, confirmed it, and offered free breakfast, even if they had turned away the elderly, and then apologized properly after I was woken up early after sleeping late, it would have been fine. Instead, it took two or three attempts for them to even acknowledge the problem, and then they offered this so-called compensation. It's so bad, I can't even put it into words.
