Ambiens was good. Suitable for all types of occassions. Food was tasty. We went for candlelight dinner which was in the garden kind of area, it was full of mosquitoes. That's the only problem. Otherwise overall good. I would like to rate 4/5.

We came for candle light dinner and the decor and hospitality was really awesome Very good experience having delicious food and the ambience was top notch the candle light arrangement was not forgettable and the assistance from kavya was very good and helpful....

I recently stayed in this property for couple of days. Overall it was all positive. If you love serenity, greenery & little away from city & noise then its a nice choice. Starting from food, to gym, temperature maintained pool, rooms everything was satisfying. Now there are some improvement areas : Swimming pool : Its decent & clean but the sad part is that exactly around it, is a sitting area where bunch of people were doing their business corporate meetings & few people having cup of tea making it literally uncomfortable esp for females & if you are with your family in the pool. Rooms : Furniture is old and tarnished. Given no focus on its repair plus wardrobe paints are faded & chipping off. Light oozing out of the wardrobe made it really uncomfortable to sleep. With the tariffs they charging these points seriously needs to be considered as you are positioning as 4 star hotel. Positives : Overall nice with courteous restaurant staff, Uttam from reception was supportive and encouraged me to experience the property. Arun (Front Desk manager) was extremely helpful and extended best to make my stay comfortable. Hopefully will visit again !!

I visited Hyderabad with my family. And from one of my friend suggestion I have booked the room at Ellaa hotel and made right choice. Check - in was quick and warm welcoming Rooms were good Food was excellent Over all great stay. I really want to appreciate and thank Moumi for here prompt guidence of hotel and local areas and she was groomed and trained very well.

Had an excellent stay for nearly a week at the Ellaa Hotel, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. It is my 4th visit to the hotel in 6 months, and the experience continues to be awesome. Sarmistha and her team carry immense expertise from a hospitality and general customer management perspective. Clean and spacious rooms, well maintained, tidy house-keeping and timely service. Also, convenient location, courteous staff and delicious food. Excellent package and a super option to consider for a stay in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Sarmistha - you and your team rock! Way to go!

Such a wonderful service provided by Kavya for the candle light dinner and made us have a good experience. Well everything is fine but the cleanliness is little less. Rooms are good and service is good. Very unfortunately we couldn't use magic pin for paying to our candle light dinner. I missed a huge discount because of that. Over all experience is good for the price.
