Hotel Grandeur

Terrible hotel. Do not go for it. Hotel and its services are terrible. AC not working, no cleaning done, no hot water catle, no complimentary water bottle. Room service is terrible. Washrooms are so dirty and stinking that you can not use them. I would not give rating in negative or zero star hence giving one star

My parents recently had the misfortune of booking a room at Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet through easemytrip website, and I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience to spare other from this nightmarish ordeal. Upon arrival at the hotel for our prepaid reservation, my parents were met with appalling level of rudeness from the front desk staff. Despite providing clear evidence of our reservation, they outright denied us a room, making absurd excuses about the hotel not making enough money from from our booking. This blatant disregard for our reservation left us in a lurch, scrambling to find alternative accommodation in an unfamiliar city. To add insult to injury , the staff at Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet refused to refund our hard -earned money. It's one thing to encounter poor service, but to be treated with such utter disrespect and to have our money held hostage is completely unacceptable. I warn anyone considering booking a room at this hotel to think twice. Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, customer care and integrity. They clearly have no qualms about mistreating guests who already paid for their services. Save yourself the agony and frustration - avoid this hotel at all costs! In a city with numerous lodging options, there is no reason to subject yourself to the risk and hassle that comes with booking at Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet.
