we had an excellent 2 days and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation in the giraffe Lodge. We would highly recommend this accommodation and the Safari that comes with this package. The food for dinner and breakfast Was really lovely, and the staff was really accommodating. The only letdown to our visit was that our lodge did not have any hot water which took a while for maintenance to resolve. We did feel like this issue could’ve been resolved much quicker or could’ve been prevented if the accommodation was checked before guests arrived.

We recently stayed at the giraffe lodge for one night, with dinner and breakfast included. It was amazing. The food was delicious. All the staff were polite and helpful. Our tour guide Winston was really knowledgable and passionate. It was a really special experience I would definitely recommend!

As an independent travel agent (AandZ Travels) my 2 friends and myself had the best time staying overnight in a pinewood pod. I was very impressed with the pre information given. The booking process for the safari and dinner was very easy. The pod itself was clean. A kettle available and marshmallows included to toast on the fire pit. Definitely enough room to accommodate 4 adults if needed. The staff throughout the park are helpful and polite. Visit @aandzadventurez for a video.

Beautiful interior designs. Having a golf buggy is really fun and great with the kids. Restaurants are pricey for the quality but the staff are all very friendly. Our accommodation didn't have shower gel and the concierge didn't seem bothered. Recommend seeing the animals before the reserve opens and at sunset.

Perfection! Quirky amazing stunning building! Did not disappoint as always! Loved everything about the Wigwam. Buggy is essential especially for two lazy girls like us! Food amazing! Overall love love love Port Lympne will be back AGAIN!!!!!
