I recently organized a family party with some 50 people, and I congratulated myself for this choice! They are clearly Customer focus, everybody is doing the best to help and to address your requests...quite a rare attitude in the country. Oana helped a lot in organizing things, the waiters were top the entire evening, and DJ Florin was just amazing in creating and entertaining a fantastic atmosphere! Location is great, easy to access, the rooms are quiet and clean. You can also use the Spa, but you need to pay extra...worth anyway. Is it cheap? No, it is not, but if you want to have a great party you will no doubt agree to pay the price.

We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel in a luxurious king room! The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an inviting ambiance that set the tone for our entire experience. The modern decor was the perfect backdrop for our getaway, creating a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean, radiating a European flair. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also a highlight—nicely sized and ultra-modern, with everything we needed presented in pristine condition. We loved the complimentary perks, including fast Wi-Fi, bottled water, coffee, and tea in the room. Plus, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze, making everything smooth and convenient. And oh, you have to experience the incredible spa and pool! It’s the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Don’t forget to grab a delicious beverage and an excellent meal on the hotel terrace—an experience you won’t want to miss! The continental breakfast was top-notch and included with our stay, giving us a delicious start to our day. This hotel is perfectly located with all the major attractions and the city center just a quick 10-minute drive away. We highly recommend it for an excellent stay!

We wanted to do SPA but most of the hotel in Iasi are not allowing daily users, while Hotel Pleaida did and we were really impressed by the facilities, the professionalism and the welcoming of the team Of course for us was not easy because we do not speak Romanian but the team did their best to accommodate our requests We booked 2 relaxing massages and 1 strong massage and we had the chance to enjoy the facilities: 2 sauna rooms, 1 steam room, cold showers, salt jacuzzi, regular jacuzzi and a nice pool Definitely a place to stop if you want to relax and enjoy and good SPA

Excellent Outstanding dinner in restaurant both nights. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfasts had lots of options was only good.

Not recommended at all, not clean , room has no heating and cold water. i was when there was a party and you cannot sleep at night i paid for presidential suite 700 EURO and it was the worst experience ever. after talking to the reception they told me they cant do anything to help me ad this is my problem only
