"Customer service doesn’t exist in this place. Poor service. Also my room was entered even with me placing the do not disturb sign. My gut instinct told me to carry my valuables with me instead of leaving it In the hotel. Only some little cash was missing from my room. Honest review take this how you want"

"My main focus is the swimming pool area, but I will say a few things about the hotel itself. The rooms are N25,000 and above. The drinks are expensive, but the cost of swimming is good. I didn't get to see any of the rooms. My friend and I were shown the video slide where among other aspects of the hotel, we could see what the rooms looked like. The rooms looked okay.  On Sunday afternoon, when I went, the area around the hotel was serene and the poolside was serene. Some people were watching football by the poolside, but there was not much noise. Even though there were no customers in the inside bar/dining room, the music there was very loud. The pool, a trapezoid with no sides of similar length, was built to fit into the shape of the space left for it. Speakers at the poolside were disguised as rocks. On one side was a bar where soft drinks, alcohol, and ice cream could be bought. On the other side of the pool were tables with chairs and a television. I enjoyed swimming in the pool even though the pool was relatively small. It has a shallow end and a deep end, but the deep end is like 5 feet 5. I had a problem with the changing room. The changing room was a cubicle with lockers, just one for both male and female. They then had two showers, one male and one female. If you want to ease yourself, you have to go to the other side of the bar to use the conveniences. Hmm. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves there. The one thing that spoilt it for us was the group of young boys and girls who came in the evening, made noise, and were smoking shisha. Different strokes for different folks you could say."

Jogor Hotel Ibadan ★★★★
"Customer Service/Check-in Desk/Room: The moment I stepped into the lobby I knew I was “home” After struggling to find a decent hotel in Ibadan. Customer service was just awesome – Madam Yemisi (Hotel Manager) made sure we were shown round the hotel and eventually settled for a standard room – which was very nice indeed. Score A Food: I only had breakfast – which comes as part of the room. I did look at the menu and the selection was nice albeit ..pricey. Score B. Housekeeping/Maintenance: Very Good – I had an issue with drainage – The overnight engineer came and unfortunately never returned. I have to make another report in the day time and the issue was eventually fixed. Score B Pool: Used it once and it was nice. Score A Wi-Fi: Seemed ok. Better than the roaming data I had. Score B Gym: You could tell the equipment/romm had hardly been touched and needed a serious update. I was told the room has since been cleaned up. Although the equipment is dated, still OK enough to use. Score C Overall – I felt very comfortable and safe at this hotel. I have since recommended to other family members who equally love the service! Please keep this standards up Jogor Hotel!!"
