The staff was great but the pool bar music was so loud and so early impossible to rest

With my friend we stay in vibra lux mar. We are first time in Ibiza and we are really fratefull that we reservation this hotel. Room is really great, swimingpool is beautifull and bar near to swimingpool is so u can have a great members. Super waitress one is special Mario he is ideał person to do his job bcs we was 10/10 satisfy his service

Wonderful apartments. I’d rate 4 star. Great location lovely coastal walk with superb views to Ibiza town. Great cafes/ tapas bars and restaurants all within walk distance. Supermarket next door. Beautiful sea views. We had an issue with our reservation however the staff were so helpful. Once it’s resolved they upgraded us and let us extend the room til our flight home at no extra charge. Fantastic customer service! This is a fantastic find for booking ur holiday! Apartments are spotless, comfortable beds, great kitchen area and good shower. Iron / hairdryer.. what more do you need. Well done to all the staff!

The stay has been excellent. Very good location of the property with breathtaking views if you choose a sea view room. I’d like to thank LEIRE at the reception who has helped us so much around town, took time to explain each and everyting with maps and being extremely patient to our question. Very helpful big thumbs up 👍

We've been coming to ibiza for 15 years and tried Vibra Tropical for the 1st time. The price was reasonable, we love the Figueretas location so we can walk into old town for bars and the medieval festival. The hotel had a great sized swimming pool, with lifeguard in duty daily. The waiter at the pool bar Mario couldn't have been any more charming - so friendly, thank you. The Vibra hotel reps (like Gessica) were all friendly and approachable. There was entertainment put on, every Tuesdays and Saturdays (from 4pm) for those guests around the pool area - we thought this was a nice touch with acrobats and traditional dancing. I would recommend taking ear plugs as there's a mixed crowd of guests getting in at different times, but we didn't mind, as that's part of ibiza and what a siesta is for, to stay up late in the evening! Our room overlooked the pool which was lovely to see how busy (or quiet in our week) it was. The self catering facilities were what we needed, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, plates, cups etc. On the day to leave we made use of the left luggage and also secured a late 6pm check out which meant we got to spend the whole last day at the pool and still have a shower before we headed off.
