"We visited this inn as a family of nine after seeing the early-blooming Kawazu cherry blossoms, also known as "Yoritomo cherry blossoms," at the Sakuma Dam Waterfront Park in Okuzure, Kyonan Town. It was further away than we expected. We went because we wanted to try the famous Kuroyu hot spring. The water temperature was perfect for adults, but it was too hot for our 5-year-old grandchild. We enjoyed plenty of food for breakfast and dinner. Many of the surrounding inns and hotels were closed and in ruins, which made us think it was a run-down hot spring town."
