"The staff were incredibly nice and friendly. The room was clean, and you could pick up toiletries in the hallway. There were vending machines with drinks and shelves full of manga. It's just a couple of minutes' walk from the subway, and there are all sorts of convenience stores in the area. The only downside I can think of is the laundry room."

"There was a urine stain on the toilet seat even though it hadn't been used yet. Also, the bathroom wall was rough. Other than that, it was clean. There were plenty of shuttle buses, so getting to and from the station was no problem. I just wish they would clean the bathroom area more thoroughly."
