"The best feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. Being situated so close to the train station was incredibly convenient and made navigating the city simple. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and tidy space to return to after a day out. The only minor drawback is the lack of dining options immediately surrounding the hotel. While the train station proximity solves most travel needs, guests should be aware that they might need to travel a short distance to find a wide selection of restaurants. Overall, for travelers prioritizing convenience, cleanliness, and budget, this hotel is an excellent choice."

"Excellent place to stay for a while. It's placed in 15 minutes of walk from the nearest station, Nishi-Funabashi. The road from station to the hotel might be a bit tricky, but it's easy to navigate with Google maps. Rooms are very clean, they have ECO option, if you choose one, the cleaning staff will provide room service every 4 days, but not every day, it saves water and energy, so I recommend it. Very convinient self check-in system. There is a breakfast option, but in this hotel the breakfast is either a bento from Lawson or sandwich. Both are good quality."

"Putting aside any resentment towards Japan regarding the hotel itself, the overall environment is fantastic. The hotel's location is slightly remote, near the sea, but thankfully convenient. There's a restaurant downstairs and a convenience store next door, so you can buy almost anything you need. The hotel's breakfast is excellent, with almost no repetition each day; the scrambled eggs are particularly delicious. The only downside is the small room; a 24-inch suitcase can't be opened at all. The hotel's cleanliness is superb, very spotless and odor-free. Staff clean the room daily, and the toilet is also very clean. The bathtub is small, but it's perfectly adequate for one person, with a separate shower and toilet area. The hotel provides a kettle, so hot water is readily available. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the check-in process is a highlight—you can check in yourself at the self-service machine, which seems to be something not yet available in China!"

"Excellent experience here - the staff were warm and hospitable. Hotel was also conveniently located beside the Ichikawa Shiohama station along the JR Keiyo line, which meant that the Disney Resort was only less than ten minutes away by train. My children thoroughly enjoyed their time here, and we will certainly be back."
