Verde Hotel

On arrival was lovely bus boy hung around waiting for tip ? Had only 1 wall light working and bathroom light. The main room light did not work so dark room .. tv did not work. Did tell desk next morning never sorted ... WiFi was great. The pool area every sundowner is rammed next to each other the floor around pool or loungers was never cleaned cigaret butt's and dirt on the floor . Food is repetitive I did find a hair in my rice. Yuk . And raw chicken wings. . The bedding was changed once in 2 weeks. It was turned over ( nasty ) the room was rarely cleaned we has to move single bed to get to balcony and underneath was tampon not mine so was there b4 we were in room. Still there when we left. If you like the loud bars then right location for you. As karaoke till way after 1am

Arrived early hours,lovely young lad ran down steps to get our cases,quickly checked us in,we only saw him twice more so assumed he had left?Room right above Red lion,not good ,full of people that think they can sing,but you get used to the noise and if you can't beat um you can join umRoom very clean,excellent shower(best ever)Beach area lovely comfy beds.Food very repetative meatballs/chicken,one night they had some nice chicken portions but they ran out and replaced with cheap chicken escalopes, often they ran out of things including pepsi max ,brandy&raki.Sunbeds to close together.Reception males very helpful. Now management ,Anna is lovely she acknowledges everyone unlike some of the other non uniform staff?We had a couple of Room issues soon rectified by Anna.Personally the hotel seems to have issues which need amending and the bar drinks need attention ,not a great choice.The outside eating area is nice and and tables were cleared quickly.This is a long but honest review.

Were to start sheets changed once in two weeks they did turn them over when making bed tho lol.we had to move the bed to get on the balcony one at a time and to get to sockets. When moving bed we found tampons which stayed there and r probably still there.food that was the same every other Day some of it was raw chicken and a hair in the rice if U wanted omlet had to try and get the young girl of her phone every time I saw her it was in her hand.the pool was dirty don't look under the water with goggles U will not go in lol around the pool U can't move and no way of getting away from smoking at All as the sun beds are that close U can not move.then the noise we was ok as didn't go back till 2am as U had no chance with all the bars going at full pelt.

You will either enjoy or hate this hotel …. In our case we enjoyed it, the Hotel Verde says its is 4 star ⭐️, Jet 2 have down graded it for their own purposes to 3 star ⭐️ which I feel is accurate, my opinion it is an average 3 star hotel, everything about it screams 3 star, from the rooms, the repetitive food offerings, even food quality represented 3 star, though I would say during our stay you could see improved efforts with the food offerings, there is always several choices available sometimes there were bits and pieces of everything on my plate other times not so much but overall we never went hungry at any meal. Drinks available were pretty average but fine, I would say that they ran out of Coke Zero a few times and this does need addressed as sugar free drinks are required by so many people now a days for dietary and health reasons. Rooms are fine for 2 people with a decent shower and smallish balcony with decent views of the local area and pubs (which are noisy till around 2am most nights, after a few nights you do get used to it and it’s not as noticeable), Entertainment pretty well non existent, I get that a lot of people will go out in the evenings but it would be nice to have 3 or 4 shows a week between 9-10pm. Staff in general are friendly, we reported 3 small issues, 2 of which were actioned immediately though the other seemed to be ignored even after reporting it a 2nd time. Big disappointment was the pool area, sun beds and little tables cleaning, this was only done on 1 occasion in our 10 days, the dining tables and dining area was however kept fairly clean and tidy, the swimming pool never seemed to be cleaned or checked however this may have been done just never seen it happen!! White sun beds definitely need to have mats available for next season as they are terribly hard and uncomfortable. The reception and pool side toilets never seemed to have paper towel in the machine for drying hands, this needs to be monitored more closely and addressed accordingly, putting 1 roll a day in the machine isn’t good enough. Over all we had a decent holiday, probably better than we expected considering all the previous negative reviews, it’s in a great location, yes it’s in a noisy area, so be aware if booking, it’s 3 star so don’t be expecting 4/5 star experience, there is a good chance we will return again next year if we decide to visit Icmeler again. **Top tip bring a small extension cable for your electronics chargers.

Please read the reviews and avoid making a massive mistake booking this hotel. First let me tell you the good points….. The hotel is well located within the area for easy access and o its own beach area and also close to shops, bars and restaurants but that is where it ends. Located on every side of the hotel are bars and unless you wish to frequent them each and every night you will not be able to sleep due to the competing music they play at high volume, the only way to sleep is to adopt if you can’t beet em join em attitude. The food on offer is bland at best and every day its the same so a bit like Groundhog Day, be prepared to pay for something half decent as unless you like chips and burgers, cheesie flat bread or spaghetti with tomato sauce which is the daily stable at this place. Rooms are small but more than adequate, maid service is daily but the standard of cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, bedding and towels are changed every two to three days. The hotel has one bar which serves only a handful of drinks so keep your expectations low and you won’t be disappointed. Entertainment is non existent apart from once a week and it’s only for 30 minutes so blink and you’ll miss it. Staff on the whole are actually quite nice however don’t expect the same of the management as they’re really only interested in keeping themselves and their personal/company guests happy. I love visiting Turkey and normally have nothing bad to say about each part I’ve visited, I will be back however I will not be using this hotel ever again and the quicker TUI stop taking booking for it the better!!

Just came back after staying 11 nights in the verde first impressions hotel is big and clean rooms were good size , bathroom was on smaller size but functional, food was terrible we went all inclusive mainly for drinks but only thing we seemed to eat was salad and chips we ate out every night, staff all so polite and friendly, rooms got cleaned everyday, pool area is nice very clean and plenty of sunbeds, pool bar food and quick service, can have spirits beer and wine which was good, location was perfect close to everything , Irish bar is opposite and we stayed in room facing Irish could hear the music but went to sleep ok, would recommend great for money but if your a fussy eater and wanting to stay in hotel maybe not the hotel for you but you could get by, red lion pub is next to hotel and get 10% off your bill they do karaoke & food. Will definitely come back in future, worth the money
