Club Ekinci Palace

Me and my partner was at ekinci palace at the end of June for 10 ten days we didn't have any problems staff are always friendly and treat you like family room was spotless and cleaned every three days if we did have an issue it resolved straight away the pool is amazing and pool area clean the food is delicious and I asked for a fruit platter to that wasn't on the menu and melis went and made me one up it was amazing we have been coming here for the past 3 years twice a year and are going back again in 7 days i would highly recommend this hotel and it's close to everything u need. Entertainment is fantastic to .

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone we got there 25th August had to pay £140 for air-conditioning we paid £60 for unlimited Internet witch didn't work had to complain a number of times about it because we was self catering and eat out a lot of the time the staff was told by the manager not to talk to us due to us not spending money also me and my step mum had to argue with the staff to clean the room we was there for 2 weeks and got our room cleaned once we got the towels changed once the door from fell off and hit my step mum on the head and they said need a dr also they was trying to add things on our bill on our last day like water you have to pay for your own toilet roll which I think is disgusting pool was nice and the food was nice other than that highly recommend going somewhere else no entertainment for the kids the slide gets turned on at 12 and off at 4 on the dot my neice was trying to get down the slide and they turned it off on her also the mattress had wee stains on them and when we spoke to staff we got we don't know about it lies if ya ask me

Stayed here twice so far and honestly it’s the only place I’ll stay from now on, all stay are amazing and friendly. Family run hotel who also treat you like family, rooms cleaned all the time food was amazing along with plenty of entertained. Can’t wait to go back again this year can’t recommend this place enough they are lovely

Arrived early morning man behind desk could hardly speak English at all. Think he was the night porter. Took me to my room. Very basic but was clean. I waited & waited for clean towels & bedding but after day 5 I went to reception on my way out in the evening. The same guy on desk. Explained that I had not had clean towels, clean bedding or room cleaned since I arrived. He took a note. I was advised next morning room had been cleaned. The room had not been cleaned. The next day went out for the day and came back room still not been cleaned. Went back to reception. After I got back to my room a young boy came to my door with bedding & clean towels. I had to make up my own bed. The towels were hard & dirty. Took them back to reception & asked for actual clean towels. Young girl was full of apologies but the next set of towels were still dirty, stained & grey and very hard. Complained again said my room still not cleaned. Sheets did not fit the bed. Cover had holes in it. My bathroom sink & toilet was not cleaned all the time I stayed 2 weeks. I was breakfast included but just had toast & tea 1 morning and was charged for it being told only Turkish breakfast included. There was only one person that I spoke to who spoke English. Her mother was the cleaner. The mother bought me cushion. covers to apologise for not cleaning room. That was nice but would have preferred to have had a clean room with clean towels every couple of days. Would not stay here again. I did go on Tui app & complained and the hotel basically called me a liar and the people who sell the hotel holiday believed the hotel. I am disappointed in that. At the end of the day it’s your word against the hotel & they will always back the hotel.

Second visit to Ekinci palace, staff very friendly and very hard working. Lovely pool and happy with my pool view room after changing rooms. Near to cafes, restaurants and only 8 min walk to beach. Looking forward to my next visit in May 2025. Thanks to all the staff and owners for my wonderful stay. ❤️

Myself, my partner and our 3 kids visited Ekinci in August-I have been here numerous times throughout in the past but can easily say this will be my last. The room was basic like you would expect for a budget hotel. But no matter what the cost you do expect the rooms to be clean etc. We visited for 10 days and the room was “cleaned” once - which to be honest it looked no different apart from the bin being emptied. The towels again - changed once in 10 days were grey in colour and like rags and all torn. I went to the shop to buy more additional towels as I had my own towels for the pool. The bedding from day 1 was clearly too small - I did speak to the night receptionist to request more but he didn’t speak any English which is kind of irrelevant having someone on reception who can communicate. I had to pay £100 for air con which was poor and spat ice out at me when I was in bed - the kids had to sleep with me as the lounge had no air con and was stupidly hot. I did notice little bits going missing from my room such as kids shoes but my partner raised this… which I will come too. I also noticed snacks going missing from the room to then find them hidden on a bookcase outside the room and this 100% wasn’t me who moved them. No wonder they have a rat problem with leaving food all over. The swimming pool was dangerous and my little girl cut her foot open on a broken tile and the staff did give her a plaster which was nice. I also saw the chef who was mid cooking blow his nose onto the floor of the kitchen, which I could not believe!!! And that is the reason I wouldn’t eat there. The thing I am most annoyed about is that my partner did have stufff stolen from her room including clothing and cash - she complained to receptionist who again spoke 0 English. She then raised this to love holidays who raised a formal complaint- the return if this from Ekinci who then responded with a direct quote from Melis that I had gone to reception and told them my partner was “lieing” which is an absolute lie - I 1 didn’t attend reception and 2 my partner obviously isn’t a liar - It’s a shame to be honest that they feel the need to be so personal and defensive rather than customer focused and solution based.
