We chose the hotel as we love historic properties and we were not disappointed. The property has been beautifully renovated and restored and the owners have kept a pictorial record of the renovation for guests to see. Well placed for the bus station and for the historic quarter of the town the hotel is in effect a boutique hotel. The room we had was comfortable, spotless and we also had the benefit of a private terrace. The rooms overlook an open courtyard where breakfast is taken but if the weather is not great there are inside rooms. The hotel does not have staff permanently on site but Estafania or her mother (the owners) are always available and Estafania is present every morning for breakfast. In our current times there is not a buffet and everything on the menu is ordered and there is a great choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Also tea/coffee/wine cakes and fruit are available 24/7 free of charge. The communal areas are very comfortable. Estafania is very helpful, friendly, and positive. Nothing was to much trouble. We used the hotel as a base to visit the west of the island and staying at the hotel really added to the joy of our trip. We would stay again without any hesitation.

Old hotel in the center of town with free coffee, tea, wine, and bananas during the day. Free parking is arranged in the Drago parking garage a few hundred meters away from the hotel. The garage, however, closes at 21.00 and reopens in the morning. If you want to go out for dinner elsewhere you might have a problem parking, otherwise, it is really handy. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast served every morning is good. Bear in mind that it is a very old building and that you will hear a lot from your neighbors as it is very noisy.

The hotel has been sensitively and beautifully restored and certainly has the “wow” factor. Estefania & her staff are wonderful and are rightfully proud of this lovely building and their historic town. Breakfast in the tranquil courtyard was delicious and complimentary tea, coffee and wine for guests to enjoy at any time was a welcome bonus. We can’t wait to return!

I loved my stay here. The building is a beautiful example of traditional Canarian architecture and is run by a family that work hard for the comfort and happiness of their guests. The hotel is on a quiet road and has a lovely cool interior around an open courtyard. Breakfast very enjoyable, beds comfy.

Fuimos de viaje de novios, el lugar céntrico y precioso. La habitación muy cuidada pero lo mejor sin duda su atención al detalle... Es difícil encontrar gente que se tome su trabajo tan enserio y que sean tan amables y profesionales. Un placer haber compartido nuestra estancia en este hotel. Gracias en particular a Giovanna y Raquel por sus consejos sobre la Isla. Nos sentimos como en casa y sin duda volveremos! Enhorabuena!!

Nuestra primera vez en un Hotel Emblemático (HE) y solo podemos decir que ha sido maravilloso, en nuestra opinión la "E" debería ser de Ensueño o Encanto. Las instalaciones y habitaciones son preciosas y el personal más amable y acogedor que hayamos visto nunca, y eso que viajamos mucho. Incluye un desayuno muy rico y un parking muy necesario en esta zona. El único punto menos bueno es la conexión a internet, que dentro del dormitorio era baja tanto de WiFi como de datos.

La descripción de "hotel con encanto" le hace total justicia. Pero quedarnos en la belleza de una casona canaria restaurada, con el cuidado de sus más pequeños detalles, la comodidad de sus habitaciones y la tranquilidad del recinto, no basta para reflejar la parte humana de la ecuación. Un servicio personalizado, esmerado y sobre todo, que transmite amor hacia lo que se ofrece. Un lujo, cuando cada vez todo es más impersonal. Ah y no queremos olvidarnos del desayuno. Exquisito!! Cuidado y al gusto de cada cual. Lo reiteramos, muchos hoteles de Gran Lujo en los que hemos estado deberían aprender de este pequeño hotel con encanto.

Hôtel surfait pour ce niveau de tarif Bruyant ( chiens qui aboient), pas d’expresso au petit déjeuner, salle de bain minuscule avec une une cabine de douche étroite, chambre sombre et personnel un peu intrusif,vin en libre service mais en quantité insuffisante pour 7 chambres d’où la désillusion pour les derniers….
