The place is beautiful with a stunning view. The staff were extremely kind, especially the receptionist Joshwa & Archana, as well as Basil Saju and Prince. They truly reflected the warmth and kindness of the amazing people of Kerala. I truly love this community. I recently had the opportunity to stay for few days the The Valle - Munnar. I was am giving 5 starts since that the highest I can provide in the reviews. This property exceeded my expectation in every single way. Property --- Fantastic location and amazing rooms. The site, placement, cleanliness, stays, staffs - Nothing but amazing on every aspects Food --- I have never tasted anything this good for a very long time. Must try (Chemmen Mango Curry) - Tops my list of food I ever had. Ate it multiple times People --- Gems of the resort. Very calm, friendly, helpful, smiling etc etc.. So much so, that my 2 year old did not want to leave. Prepared off the menu items for the baby girl and us and surprised us. So many fun things to do within the resort itself and we hardly left outside as we were amazed by the things we saw. Attaching few images

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Valley Munnar. The premium service, combined with refreshing climate and stunning views, made my stay satisfying. A special mention to the receptionist, Anna, she was incredibly kind, polite, and friendly, making me feel completely at home. I genuinely appreciate the warmth and hospitality extended by the entire team. Looking forward to visiting again!

Really good stay, great interiors, the hotel experience was definitely 5 star and the staff were super nice. The activities were lacklustre. If you want a good , fancy place to stay at with good food- this is the place. Don’t go if it’s the activities that are enticing you.

The view from the property is truly stunning — a perfect spot to relax and take in the natural beauty. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the staff made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and the amenities were decent. However, one downside we noticed was the lack of soundproofing. Conversations and movement from adjacent rooms were easily heard, which affected the overall tranquility. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be something to keep in mind. Overall, a lovely experience with great views and kind hosts, just not ideal for those seeking quiet.
