This is one of the best hotels that you can get in entire Kerala, let alone Munnar. Everything related to the hotel is EXCELLENT. Service, amenities, staff, food, location, cleanliness, room size, anything and everything is 10/10. We stayed in the standard room, which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The view is superb. Kudos to the hotel’s management, to make this an extremely memorable trip for us. Would definitely stay here, only, in case we go again to Munnar.

Lovely stay with heated pool was amazing and cafés in the property is nice. Chocolate factory next to the stay makes the location nice.

My wife was unwell, and the staff arranged a car to take us to a nearby clinic. The staff is professional and kind. Will be recommending the hotel to all family and friends.
