Casa Nemo Beach Resort & Spa

We’ve chosen deluxe room and it’s fine. Asked for additional bed, they gave us a mattress with bed linen. The deluxe rooms a little small for family of four, so it’s better to choose a suit or double bed suits which may be little expensive, but convenient

Our family of 5 stayed in a beautiful 2 story traditional villa, overlooking the ocean, which is just a minute away. The beach was great for snorkeling, and ideal for children. There are few restaurants nearby. Thankfully, the hotel comes with a wonderful menu and a gorgeous veranda. All the staff were kind to our rowdy children as well. The only downside is that all the rooms/villas are located on a slope, so plenty of stairs to travel up or down daily.

This is a review of the restaurant at this resort and not of the resort itself...What a wonderful experience !!! While on a motorbike tour of Pulau Weh Sandy-my driver-and I stopped for morning coffee and something to eat at the restaurant in Casa Nemo....We were not disappointed...I ordered coffee and pancakes...The pancakes took a little time to arrive-understandably as they were being freshly prepared...They were worth waiting for-freshly prepated,beautifully presented and served by a friendly,professional waitress...Every staff member that I met was friendly and welcoming and genuinely happy to serve us...I loved that place...When I return to Pulau Weh next year it is there that I will stay...Top marks...10 out of 10.

Staying at Casa Nemo was truly one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had. My initial plan was to stay from August 7th to August 11th, but I felt so connected to the place that I extended my stay until August 15th — and still left with the promise of returning next year. I would highly recommend anyone visiting to allow as much time as possible here, as you will never want to leave. The food is prepared with so much love, and the management shows a genuine commitment to sustainability and to keeping the local cultural roots alive. The entire property is thoughtfully designed to coexist harmoniously with nature, creating an atmosphere that feels both authentic and sacred. There are plenty of activities available, with the team always ready to support and organize everything seamlessly. The staff welcomed me as if I were family, making the experience even more special. On top of that, I had one of the best massages of my life here. Casa Nemo deserves to be recognized as a true sanctuary — a place where nature, culture, and human connection meet in perfect balance. I left with a full heart - full of love, joy, amazing memories and full of Tempe (delicious treat you should definitely try!) and a deep longing to return.

Amazing get away from everything. Lovely restaurant and beach side bar and very friendly people. Restaurant serves best food we tasted in all of Weh. The reef in front the hotel is magnificent, no need to go to Iboih.

We had a great stay! The best thing about Casa Nemo is the staff. Everyone was tremendously friendly, sweet, helpful and professional. The location of the resort is breathtaking. Perfectly maintained. Beautiful plants. Our bungelow overlooked the sea. From the resort we could walk directly onto the beach. I spent several days snorkeling. I saw a turtle, unicorn fish, barracuda, lobster, eel and other fish. The beach is a bit rocky, so bring water shoes. The food at the restaurant is great. My favorite were the nasi goreng and banana pancakes. The resort has its own spa. I did a 2.5-hour treatment by Brata. It was fantastic.

The resort is composed by a main building incorporating kitchen and a big hall with restaurant overlooking the andaman sea, plus about 15 wooden bungalows in acehnese style set along an escarpment leading to the beach.Eun gioevery unit,while spartan,has all modern amenities as: bathroom, verandah and fans (thanks God no AC). There are no numbers and each lodging is denominated by marine fauna,as: Stella di Mare,Anemona,ecc. The intent is to give the guests a full immersion in tropical forest among huge trees and flowers cascades.All the paths starting from the top and leading down to the beach and bungalows , have been conceived to be unobtrusive and well melded with the environment. Entering the place and staying here for few days I have had the impression that every detail has been taken care of and relentlessly ameliorated with time. The same care for the environment has been used in shaping the performance of the personnel which is top-notch starting from the gardeners,restaurant service and up to the three employees of the reception always alert and ready to solve any problem and give informations. I will never forget: Junie,Tegar and Putria always ready to help and explain. I wish as well mention and thank the owners for their work in enhancing the capacities of the local people.
