Green Rich Hotel Osaka Airport Reviews

A very basic hotel for a quick overnight stay for those who have connecting flights at osaka itami airport! It is just a walking distance away (less than 10 min!) 7-11 just across the road and bus stop to ikeda as well. They have a restaurant at the hotel lobby area but food was just passable standards. Also, they offer airport shuttle bus to the airport as early as 6am!

Average business hotel next to the airport. Facilities outside of the rooms seem fine but inside the rooms many things were quite dated (the TV did not even turn on). There were only a couple of power outlets in the room (you will need to bring extensions). My supposedly "non-smoking room" did smell of tobacco all over so you will have to turn on the air cleaner for a while. Not good value for the price. On the upside, there is a convenience store across the street, and they have a shuttle to the airport. Go for it if you need to catch a super early flight from Itami airport (like I had to) but next time I will pass on this one.

Quite good but bed is for 2 person is small.. hotel prize r higher then expected room is small.

We choose the hotel for location near to airport so it's acceptable. All satisfactory

This hotel was probably built by renovating a nursing home or hospital. The room I stayed in had a simple bed for caregivers, the toilet had a backrest instead of a cover, and the bathroom was barrier-free. The futon had stains on it, so it wasn't very comfortable. The large artificial hot spring bath (not that big though) and the shuttle bus service to the airport were very good.

Many flight attendants and pilots stay here. The room decoration is average. Although it is within the airport area, the sound insulation is good. Although it can accommodate four people, there is a bedside table in the middle of the double bed, which cannot be put together. It is cramped for two adults and two children to sleep. From Osaka to the hotel, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the hotel after arriving at Yingchi Station. It is also difficult to get a taxi. The air conditioning in the room on the top floor of the hotel is not good, and the temperature drops very slowly. You can walk to the airport in less than 10 minutes. The hotel also has a shuttle bus in the morning, which is convenient for catching a plane. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel tastes good and the service is very good. Guests can also get discounts. Overall, it is okay to stay for one night to catch a flight.

I was really happy to be able to take a bath in the hot spring at that place. I slept well. There was a convenience store nearby, so it was very convenient.

The cleanliness is excellent. It's also great that there's a bus to the airport every 30 minutes. It's also convenient that there's a convenience store right in front of the hotel.

I am very grateful that I can choose and use my pillow freely. It was comfortable to be able to sleep close to home. It's also nice that customers can freely choose their coffee or tea, so there's no waste. I was worried because only the smoking room was available, but the smell didn't really bother me. The check-in process was also very good. One point, how is it that the temperature control of the air conditioner in the room is fixed at 20°C? That's why I gave it four stars.

I was planning to transfer in Itami, so I stayed here. Who knew that all the flights were canceled due to the typhoon. If you go to the hotel from Itami Airport, it is actually not far, just opposite the airport. But to find the right way, the Google map is wrong, don't go to the opposite parking lot, it won't work. You can ask the staff at the airport to find a direct sidewalk and walk over it. Speaking of the hotel room, it is almost the same size and layout as my student dormitory in Japan, and it is just right for one person. The staff here are very, very nice. Friends in China can ask them if they don’t know anything. If I have a chance to transit at Itami Airport, I will choose this place again.

This is the accommodation I visited before my trip. The staff are friendly, the air conditioner is cool, and I like it all!
