Iki Marina Hotel
"○ Positive points: The staff were polite and helpful. Regarding the location, it's about a 10-minute walk from the port, and I personally liked that I could walk while enjoying the river view. ○ Points of concern: The quality of the amenities was generally old, which is understandable given the price, but the thinness of the bath towels was a major concern. Also, the dryer in the laundry room (which may have been a one-off malfunction) didn't have a timer setting, which was inconvenient. ○ Other: Regarding breakfast, I didn't use it this time as I opted for a room-only stay."

"Ishida-cho area, Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture - About 20 minutes by car from Gonoura Port! It is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Iki's best beach, Tsutsukihama Beach. This time, let's enjoy Iki with your dog! When I called the famous proprietress, ``Auntie,'' to make a reservation and asked her if I could bring my pet, she said, ``Okay! Please bring me.'' She was very helpful ☆ The boat was Jetfoil/Kyushu Yusen from Hakata Port, and my dog was a pet. Board the ship in a soft case! Arrive at Gonoura Port at 9am, rent a pet-friendly vehicle from Orix Rent a Car, and head to Iki Ranch! Iki still doesn't have the infrastructure and facilities to allow pets, and there are many people who don't like it, so I hope the government and civil administration will create a pet-friendly environment as soon as possible. When you arrive at Iki Farm, you will be greeted with a warm welcome! "Auntie", who has been around for the first time in a year, is full of energy and has the same Latin energy! We exchanged lots of stories with each other through machine gun talk, and met our beloved dog "Fuku-chan/Mameshiba, 3 years old" who we brought with us for the first time ~ On the boat and in the car, we saw "Fuku-chan" who is a "good boy" from start to finish and said "He's cute ♡" It's really good Child! I was surprised that he didn't bark unnecessarily. By the way, if you would like to bring your pet with you, I think it would be a good idea to talk to an aunt over the phone! There are no hard rules, but if you use common sense, you can rest assured that you won't cause any inconvenience to other guests. The accommodation is in an annex! Since there were other guests eating, I didn't let them eat with me, and I had them stay in their room. The facility is divided into a main building and an annex, each with a different flavor! All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, TVs, refrigerators, pots, and free Wi-Fi. Also, the food is amazing, with barbecue and luxurious seafood platters, which is one of the reasons we come back every year. I'm here! When staying for 3 days and 2 nights, we also offer a barbecue on the first day and a luxurious seafood platter on the second day. There are many ways to enjoy Iki Island, but the most recommended way to enjoy it in the summer is by swimming in the sea! Tsutsuki Beach, which is just a short walk from Iki Farm, has several beach huts and marine sports, so it's a great place for families and groups to enjoy! You can't beat a tropical resort! The emerald green sea is highly transparent and very beautiful. After enjoying plenty of sea bathing with your dog until the evening, it's time for the long-awaited "barbecue"! The BBQ will be served in a dedicated facility ☆ We have a hearty array of seafood, including the highest quality Iki beef, live abalone, live turban shells, spiny lobster, squid, and scallops ~ Everything is fresh, so don't overcook! First, let's grill the seafood! ``Abalone'' and ``turban shell'' are rich in flavor and delicious. “Iki Beef” is definitely worth it! It's amazingly delicious! It won't disappoint! We recommend cooking it medium-rare - it's delicious with lemon soy sauce and no yakiniku sauce! ``Onigiri'' becomes the best taste when you make it into a grilled rice ball and dive it into the soup! I'll bake the remaining two for dinner and take them back to my room! I was able to enjoy a satisfying BBQ until the end. The “luxury seafood platter” on the second day was perfect! The best every time☆ High quality fish such as red sea bream, sea bream, tuna, sword tip squid, spiny lobster, Hokkaido sea urchin, abalone, turban shell, etc. are fresh and flavorful! It's a treat that fish lovers can't get enough of - it was so big that two people could eat it. Breakfast is Japanese food! A delicious breakfast made with locally produced ingredients such as dried horse mackerel and horse mackerel mirin. Pension Iki Bokujo is a popular accommodation facility for tourists visiting Iki Island! People who want to eat delicious food! People who want to enjoy swimming in the sea! If so, this is a recommended pension. We hope to see you again next year. Thank you for the meal. Enjoy Gourmet Life☆"
Seaside Inn Hakuo
"My husband and I stayed at this inn with our friends. It was very clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice view of the beach from our room! The beach is within walking distance from the inn and I enjoyed going to the hot spring at the inn afterwards. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful."
Guesthouse Wasabi
"When I first arrived at the accommodation, I saw many quilts and blankets drying outside, and the owner introduced the environment to me in fluent English. The ancient Japanese architecture is carefully arranged, collected and maintained, combined with modern technology such as smart toilets, washbasins, free coffee machines, etc. All equipment can be used freely without too many regulations, which is quite generous. Due to the large temperature difference between day and night on the island, blankets are provided in addition to quilts. I accidentally forgot a sweater and the boss personally delivered it to the dock. I am so grateful and sorry! This place is very suitable for traveling alone or with friends and family. I hope more tourists will come here. I sincerely recommend it!"

"Stayed here at the end of the year. Breakfast was the only meal served. I think this is a good option for those looking for a budget-friendly hot spring inn to relax in. Amenities: Excellent View: Excellent Hot Springs: Excellent That's about it."
Iki Stellacote Taiankaku
"This is the only hotel in Iki Island. You can park for free in a large parking lot. It was friendly, clean and spacious. It was really good. I highly recommend it if you come to Iki Island."

View Hotel Iki
"According to the advertisement, all rooms have an ocean view, but when I got there, the parking lot was right in front of me. I booked a room with a "sea/port view" (52,000 yen) through a major travel agency's reservation site, but in reality, I only got a view of the parking lot!!! The valuables box was sometimes locked and sometimes unlocked, so I didn't feel like using it. The lights were on all night in the parking lot in front of me, but the room only had a thin lace curtain. The room and hallway were old and not well-maintained, and the torii gate visible from the hallway was creepy (above is a general guest room on the 5th floor). When I asked to change rooms, I was told that "all the rooms are the same." Even so, when I got a room change the next day (probably the best room in the hotel), it felt like a completely different hotel. The hallway and room were well-maintained. I was satisfied with that (special room on the 6th floor). I paid the full price that was set at the time of booking. (A portion of the payment should have been made at the time of booking using a coupon from the booking site, but that discount was not received. This is something we forgot about at the time of payment, so it cannot be helped.) We wanted to comment on the facts so that no one else has to go through the trouble of getting on a plane and a boat, and rearranging their work schedule for a few days to get here, and then have an unpleasant experience like ours."
Chigaso
"Fantastic stay! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The view was great, food was great, and the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend booking a sea view room if you can!"

"Cozy Place in a small town of Iki Island - plenty of serenity around the area"

"I visited Iki with my parents and children as a test run for my son who participates in Tould Iki. Unfortunately it was raining on the first day, but I decided to leave my bicycle at the inn and rent a car for sightseeing. The guests were very grateful for the service that the rental car fee was 10 % off. The bag was quite large, but I was able to enjoy sightseeing without worrying about luggage because I was willing to put it in an empty room. The staff were very kind and impressed by the heartfelt response. The room was upgraded for free and comfortable with wide 々. It was the best room in my life. The meal was also very delicious with plenty of local ingredients, and my heart and stomach were filled. ※ However, the only regret is that my son had too much lunch and couldn't finish his dinner. Next time, I want to be hungry. There are many customers in their 50s 〜 60s above us on this day, and the building is very quiet and calm. I thought it was the best inn to relax slowly. When visiting IKI, I definitely want to use it again, it is a really recommended inn!"
IKI RETREAT KAIRI MURAKAMI by Onko Chishin
"Simply the place to stay on Iki Island, if you look for a luxurious Onsen Ryokan. The property has heritage but is very well maintained. We liked our room with private onsen with a spectacular view over the bay, a spacious sitting area and very comfortable beds. High quality toiletries are provided. The minibar was included in the rate and gets daily restocked – nice! There is a bar/library area, where you can order drinks or enjoy free coffee. Upon check-in we were told there is water and sparkling wine as well, but we never saw any – guess only on offer during a narrow timeframe. There are some larger onsens which you can book (nicer during daytime, as the view at night is limited), and you can visit the gender-separated public baths at any time The hotel has a couple of electric BMWs you can rent, so very easy to explore the island and be back again for dinner. Of course, transfer from and to the ferry is provided as well. A small town with some restaurants is a short stroll away, should you fancy to eat/drink out."

Hirayama Ryokan
"I was surprised that the quality and quantity of the food exceeded my expectations. The hot spring water was salt-like, but it felt great because it contained 10 times the average amount of hot spring ingredients. Above all, I was soothed by the friendly staff."
