First of all, I called them before booking and asked them if there was parking. They said yes, but unfortunately when I went to them, they said there wasn’t. It was finished, and every now and then they would send me to a place to get to. They would say there wasn’t one, and I spent an hour and twenty minutes looking for parking. The second thing is that their employee is not polite with the customers.

Everything was very good. Breakfast offers a lot of coice - except warm breakfast is only on Weekends. On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).

It was a quiet vacation, the hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, they are kind it is good for families and for business. Perfect location. If I'm ever in London again in that area, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.I recommend this hotel.

I had an excellent stay at Best Western Greater London. The staff were professional and attentive, the rooms were spotless and well-equipped, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The hotel’s location is outstanding—near shopping centers, the train and bus stations, and a beautiful park, making it incredibly convenient for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommend!

We held a function at Best Western and were met with exceptional service. From Stephan the manager responding quickly to our questions and needs to Natalia on the day who was super friendly and helpful. We used the venue hall to host a party and I was very impressed with the service. The manager was friendly and welcoming and the staff were there to support us the whole way through. I would definitely recommend the venue for anyone looking to host any parties or events. A big thank you to all!

The service was impeccable. We hired the hall for an event and cannot thank the manager and staff enough! They helped and provided support with everything, cleanliness was on point. Amazing service - our second time using the venue! We’ll be back again!
