Came down for my nephews wedding at The Tunnels wedding venue and stayed at this amazing b & b! We were down earlier than expected and the owner kindly let us into the room earlier than stated- many thanks for that it was greatly appreciated. The room was so beautiful and clean too. Definitely highly recommend and hope to come back soon for a longer break next time.

Rocky Cove was a superb base for us to stay for a few days walking in Devon, Jonah made us feel very welcome and was a superb host, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb. Jonah also helped us with recommendations for food on the evenings Room was very comfortable and had a lovely airy feeling with a large bathroom and a great shower. Would look toi stay there again if we were walking in the area.

I stayed at the Rocky Cove with friends for a night during our SW coastal path hike. It was one of the best places we visited, helpful communication before arriving, a warm and personal welcome, beautifully decorated and equipped room and a tasty breakfast delivered with a smile. Ideally located near all amenities, Rocky Cove is a unique bed and breakfast that clearly values its customers. Wish more B&Bs were like this!

“We had a wonderful stay at The Rocky Cove B&B. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed — the hosts were warm, friendly, and happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, with a fresh, modern feel and all the comforts you’d want for a relaxing break. In the morning we were treated to a delicious, hearty breakfast with generous portions that set us up perfectly for the day. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to the town centre, shops, and restaurants. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

Just back from 2 nights at Rocky Cove and we can see why people keep returnig. The rooms are lovely, spacious, well maintained and very clean. We only met Jonah and found him welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable of the area and he gave us some excellent tips for eating out. They indeed, merited his recommendations. Rocky Cove is on a level walk from the harbour and most restaurants and pubs. There is plenty of nearby parking, all of which Jonah advises on. We enjoyed ouy stay, it was the best on our tour and hope to return.

A great stay. The B&B is in a great location, close to the harbour and high street and a lovely breakfast served in the morning. Nikki and Jonah are great hosts and very attentive. We walked to Combe Martin one day along the coastal path and we ate at Carlton Hotel Brasserie and Levain in the evenings. Both highly recommended and good GF options.

We have just retuned from a lovely 1 night stay at Rocky Cove. We stayed in the suite which was massive and so well equipped. The room was really clean , the beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed. We were made to feel very welcome by Nicki and Jonah and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others travelling to the area.

A wonderful one night stay at the Rocky Cove! Nothing was too much trouble for Nicki and Jonah- they were wonderful hosts and cooked up a mean full English breakfast for us the next morning! The room was clean, tidy and fresh. The bed was very comfy and the sheets snuggly! A lovely stay - thank you so much :)

Enjoyed our stay in Ilfracombe for one night. Room was clean, enough space for 3 of us, seperate small area/room for clothes/shoes/luggage. Warm welcome from the hosts. Excellent breakfast. Very good location near the harbour. Nice restaurant directly besides the B&B. Definitely a recommendation!
