The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff was very friendly and a shout out to Martha! She was very attentive, friendly, and engaging. I would recommend coming here to anyone! The pool is heated, the rooms are nice and the food was very good.

We payed a good amount to stay here and de acomodations are good, but don't offer some kind of dish to warm some food in the microwave and wait almost 1 hour to replace the empty coffe bottle is very bad! We see costumers wating about 15 minutes for an empty table. Honestly, I don't recommend!

Hotel perfeito. Ótima localização, próximo a praias lindas como a do portinho, Julião e feiticeira, piscina aquecida maravilhosa, café da manhã delicioso, quarto muito confortável e o atendimento excepcional. Fomos acolhidos com muito carinho pelos funcionários. Com certeza voltarei muitas vezes.

O hotel oferece um Quarto aconchegante, tudo limpo e organizado, café da manhã sensacional com frutas, variedades de pães , bolos, sucos, Danone, frios e também ovos mexidos e tapioca feito na hora. colaboradores atenciosos, uma refeição deliciosa.

Como sempre, um dos melhores de Ilhabela. Recepção, serviços, produtos. As comidas são excelentes tbm, vc nem precisa sair do hotel (caso não queira) O atendente Roni, um dos melhores que já conheci na vida! Tudo mto bom. Recomendo a todos, não vão querer ir embora! A praia da frente não tem quiosque aberto, devido a readequação (acredito que logo volte). A praia de noite é linda tbm, super bem iluminada.

Hotel super charmoso, ótima localização e atendimento atencioso - toda a equipe é simpática e até carinhosa. Voltaria com prazer, recomendo. Fica entre a mata e o mar. E a comida é toda feita lá mesmo, inclusive pães, pizza, iogurte... bem gostoso.

Tudo excelente. O ponto alto com certeza é a piscina aquecida e o camarão empanado. O café da manhã tambem é maravilhoso, fresco e bem completo, com tapioca feita na hora. O quarto é arrumado e as toalhas sao trocadas diariamente. Alem do ótimo custo benefício.

Os funcionários são extremamente gentis, boa área de piscina, não poderia deixar de mencionar o Roni que nos deu várias dicas e sempre nos atendeu muito bem, café da manhã muito bom e ótima localização. Um pouco de barulho pela manhã nos quartos mas nada que prejudicasse a viagem.

Lugar é incrível, fora que já é minha segunda vez no lugar e amo. Profissionais atenciosos e cuidadosos. Gosto demais, minha residência fixa em Ilha Bela...ficarei mais vezes. Ahhh a piscina é uma delicia, ficar no fim de tarde no bar...é o ponto alvo.
