The great experience started with the reservation. Using website and whatsapp. Fast response. The hotel is in a nice location, situated across the Engenho beach. The facilities are very cozy, the rooms are quite new, well decorated and very clean. The pool area is new and faces the beach. The Flamboyant restaurant, part of the hotel, has excellent food and service. Perfect wifi connection. Good for videoconferencing. Convenient parking close to the room. The employees were extremely nice and focused on providing a great guest experience. We will definitely return

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely be back!! Exceptional breakfast, yoga, bicycles for guests, very comfortable accommodation! The location is also a positive point, next to a cultural center, very close to the village and with a great apart restaurant nearby too!

Clean, beautiful hotel with an incredible view! The rooms are cozy, comfortable and have a balcony facing the beach. I stayed for four days and had a great experience. Incredible hotel, by the sea. Rooms extremely comfortable, clean and everything well organized. We spent the week and enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay another day. We stayed in a new wing and loved the space in our suite. Calm and peaceful beach in front, they provide a voucher to do stand up and kayaking… we saw fish and turtles… Hotel restaurant open to non-guests. Top-notch cuisine! Point for the employees, especially those at breakfast, Gabriel and Décio. Always very friendly and attentive. We are already organizing ourselves to return soon! What a find in Ilhabela!

A Maria da recepção é muito atenciosa , assim como o Bruno. Obrigada O cuidado com a decoração no hotel todo é pensado em cada detalhe, enxoval impecável trocado diariamente super cheirosos.
