The hotel is in a great location in Ilhabela, we stayed in a room with a balcony and sea view. The room was great, with a huge and super cozy bed, and the breakfast was great too. I only have one complaint about the pool, which was very dirty when we went to use it. We only stayed for 1 day, but we will definitely be back.

We arrived at the hotel at dawn (2:00 am) because the ferry broke down lol! We called and told them we were stuck on the ferry and the hotel management was very helpful the whole time, even suggesting we leave our car on the mainland and they could pick us up on the ferry. In short, they were excellent at solving our problem. We were very well received by Wesley, who was attentive and concerned about our safety and well-being. The breakfast was wonderful. All the staff were polite and efficient. The heated pool was wonderful, but it was cold on Saturday. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and perfect.

We stayed in room 17, the room is large and comfortable, with a large bed, soft sheets, L'Occitane amenities and a beautiful view of the sea. I have nothing but praise for it. The bed linen and beach towels smelled great. The service provided by the entire hotel staff was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and polite, and made us feel at home. Breakfast included omelets, scrambled eggs and tapioca made to order, as well as other delicious things to eat. Beach service is also available.

Serviço de praia, funcionários cordiais, estacionamento, quarto agradável com espaço para acomodar as malas, chuveiro excelente, café manha impecável, piscina aquecida, restaurante no local com música ao vivo. Cheguei às 23h do dia 04 de novembro, e parei no restaurante devido a bonita fachada. Pedi um Ceviche que no cardápio dizia vir com Chips de batata doce. E me trouxeram uma cestinha de torrada ao invés de batata doce e ao eu reclamar disseram que não tinham batata doce e por isso mandaram torradinhas. Lamentável. Poderiam ter informado antes e eu escolheria outro prato

Ótimo atendimento. Suíte limpa. Linda arquitetura. Ótimo café da manhã. Boa localização, próximo ao centro histórico. Estacionamento de fácil acesso e coberto. Pedimos um prato de carpaccio de salmão e filé mignon, o carpaccio estava maravilhoso.
