Clean, comfortable, peaceful all-inclusive hotel in Kumkoy with own space by the beach. It’s 5-6 min.walk to beach. There is free golf car transport service every 5 min.that takes you to the beach in 2 min. Hotel is good for families. Beach is sandy, sunset by the beach is beautiful. Water sports are available nearby. We enjoyed our 4 days stay. Thanks to all polite and helpful hotel personnel.

Pros: Friendly front desk staff, great pool, fun water slides, coffee lounge with baristas, excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, kids' buffet, thorough cleaning, lively pool bar, included cocktails, tasty poolside food street, and good value for money. Cons: Dated hotel (built 1989), heavily German-oriented, 2023 renovation feels unsuccessful, subpar bathrooms, noisy rooms, smokers, constantly broken elevators, loud bars/discos nearby until 2 AM, noisy cafeteria staff, and disinterested, unengaged personnel. Left over food often upcycled, though I didn’t mind this too much. I’ve been to Turkey many times, and this was my least favorite location, but the price reflects that. My kids absolutely loved it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are daily activities available for guests who want to join in, contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area is lovely, and the beach is also very enjoyable. The all-inclusive package is well-organized, with water, soft drinks, and other beverages stocked daily in the in-room fridge. Housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy every day, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside for us was the language barrier. German is the predominant language spoken by the staff, and while a few team members do speak English, communication could occasionally be a bit tricky. That said, we were almost always able to make ourselves understood, and the staff consistently went out of their way to assist us. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

The best renovated hotel with a friendly staff! Relaxation factor is 100%. The food was great, and cocktails were included in the all-inclusive package! The shopping area is outside the hotel. The animation team was amazing, not pushy at all, always ready for fun. There were many different activities like boccia, yoga, and water aerobics... It's rare to see such a good animation team! They put so much effort and heart into their work!!! All the staff were very nice and hospitable. See you again in April. The food was very delicious, and there was something for everyone.

relatively new and modern hotel. In the entrance hall, the walls and columns are covered with mosaic stones. When we arrived, a porter came to us immediately and took our suitcases straight to our room, which we were assigned within 5 minutes. The rooms are functional and nicely furnished, equipped with a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator... The cleanliness is also worth mentioning, bed linen and towels were changed daily. The pool was great, there are plenty of places to sit at the bar and on the beach. We were very satisfied

Our room was nice and spacious and it was also very clean. The minibar was always refilled when there was something missing. The food was very good. The service at the table was excellent. Nice, somewhat smaller hotel in Kumköy. Very centrally located and always worth a visit. I feel very comfortable despite my handicap. I feel at home here.

The hotel has been renovated and looks fantastic. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious. The beach is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Evening programs could have lasted longer, but overall, we were very satisfied

I usually never choose the same hotel twice. However, the food and beverage quality at this hotel is exceptionally high. The rooms and common areas are very clean. The staff are extremely attentive. It’s a facility where you can enjoy a comfortable vacation. The hotel meets all your expectations.
