The hotel was nice, the bedroom was nice and very clean. But the amenities were quite basic for a 5 stars hotel, the swimming pool/spa area was very poorly managed with staff not paying much attention and parts closed and quite poor quality. Overall it was a good stay but it could be easily improved.

Nice experience

A tired hotel, many things don't work anymore. The rooms are spacious, close to the airport. The planes don't bother us - they fly rarely. The restaurant is gloomy. In short, it didn't go over well.

Breakfast is very nice The pool and spa are amazing

The location is remote and the surrounding facilities are not perfect. There is only a small shopping mall nearby. The facilities are old and the breakfast is not very suitable for Chinese people. I struggled with the safe for several hours, but it didn't work in the end.

The worst service we have ever experienced. The staff at reception were so unfriendly that you would think they were joking. We were thirsty at 10pm and there was no water in the room. When we asked, we were told that no one could bring us water and that we could drink from the tap.

The service staff had a bad attitude and discriminated against Chinese people. They maliciously made things difficult for us by not arranging the room type we had agreed on in advance and tried to make us pay extra to upgrade.

Breakfast could have been better. Service in the Balkan style - leisurely and unobtrusive)). The sauna is cold))) But the hammam, on the contrary, fried like in a Russian steam room)).
