Food was good. Enjoyed dining in their nice restaurant by the pool. Requested for a birthday greeting and they did it. Kudos to the staff. Their massage is a must try. Really added a lot to my relaxation while on the trip. Highly recommended!

Very good will book again

The breakfast was awful. It was buffet, however when we reached there at 8am, the chaffing dish are mostly empty and the servers just stated they’re not refilling. I would like to commend the help extended by the servers. I understand that they’re just following orders. Citadines has to check or remove it if they cannot deliver.

The service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Everyone was very considerate to guests with small children.

The room is quite good, but the service is very slow. You need to contact the owner first before you can check in. The negotiation should be between the owner and the front desk. We waited 2 hours in the lobby. The guests are already stressed.
