Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo

My sisters enjoyed their stay and the attendants were accommodating and helpful. There were varieties of food to choose from in their buffet. My niece loved her staycation as it was close SM.

The cleanliness of the place and rooms was good, but there were many issues with the behavior of the staff at the pool bar. For some reason, they treated guests as if they were their personal friends, which felt very UNPROFASSIONAL and INAPPROPRIATE. As it was my child’s birthday, I tried to coordinate food and drinks with the restaurant manager well before the day. I even left my phone number, but NO ONE contacted me even after more than a week had passed. While I understand the need to save on electricity, the large lobby had NO AIR CONDITIONING, making it even hotter than outside as soon as we walked in. The air felt stuffy and uncomfortable, which left a bad impression. I used to visit frequently, but the hotel’s image has been steadily declining perhaps due to a change in management or poor oversight. The overall experience is no longer what it used to be. Most notably, the food at the restaurant is now the worst part of the stay.

We had a very relaxing stay here. At the end of the day working we were comfortable. We stayed in a suite it was spacious for the 3 of us. We’d love to come back again

This hotel is in a prime location next to a premier mall. You are able to walk to the mall under cover directly from the hotel. The rooms are kept pristine with a good view of the area and amenities. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with an excellent array of items while the service there was outstanding. I do recommend the checking time be changed to 2:00pm so there are less people like us waiting to get their room. It is very easy to get to tourist spots from here on various transportation options, such as Grab, taxi, and air conditioned mini buses.

We made an on-the-spot booking, and everything went smoothly. The location is perfect, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were great. Since we were three adults and two kids, we booked two rooms, and to our delight, the hotel upgraded us to a connected room—which was such a thoughtful gesture! It made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the amazing service, and when we return to Iloilo, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
