Wir waren im Restaurant essen, ich hatte Hirschgulasch und einen Cappuccino. Cappuccino und Hirschgulasch waren beides nicht besonders. Das Fleisch und der Rotkohl waren verkocht und der Rotkohl ohne Geschmack (Fertigprodukt). Meine Frau hatte Lachs mit Spinat. Die Kartoffeln darauf waren nicht einmal geschält. Ich glaube hier kocht kein professioneller Koch, eher eine Hausfrau. Das Essen war auch nicht schön angerichtet. Einmal reicht uns die Erfahrung.

5/5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum gelungen! Die Sauberkeit war top, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch im großzügigen Sauna-Bereich, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das Essen war ein echtes Highlight: Frisch, lecker und mit regionalen Zutaten zubereitet. Besonders die herzlichen Köchinnen sorgten dafür, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlte. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Zimmer könnten zwar etwas moderner sein, waren jedoch sauber und völlig ausreichend. Die zentrale Lage nahe des Bahnhofs ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Insgesamt stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr als nur – wir würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

Fijne vakantie gehad.Prijs kwaliteit zeer goed. Prima gelegen. Klooster Drubeck en de stad Queelingsburg zeer de moiete waard. Ook het kasteel in Mennerode is de moeite waard. Een mooie tocht door de Harz is Altenau en de Okerzee met mooie herfstkleuren.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte Halbpension im Hotel. Zimmer zweckmäßig, sauber, bequeme Betten. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbufet, umfangreiche Speisekarte. Sehr gute Anbindung nach Wernigerode, Bad Harzburg und super Lage am Anfang des Ilsetals für eine Wanderung auf den Brocken. Ein großes Lob gilt aber dem Personal, immer freundlich, fachkundig und es war schier unglaublich, was die Küche und der Service bei niedriger Besetzung und hoher Anzahl an Gästen geleistet hat !!!!!! Gute deutsche Küche. So einfach, aber sooooooo lecker!!! Spargel , Forelle, Steak, besser geht es nicht. Ihr seid das DREAM-TEAM.....

Wir hatten im April 2023 für 15 Personen zwei Übernachtungen gebucht welche auch bestätigt wurden. Wir wollten zu Abendessen reservieren und haben EINEN Woche vor der Anreise telefonisch eine Stornierung erhalten mit der Begründung ÜBERBUCHUNG. Besonders ärgerlich war ,das auf Buchungsportalen sowie auf der Seite des Hotels frei Zimmer angeboten wurden, jedoch zu wesentlich Höheren Preisen wie zu unserer ursprünglich Buchung!!
